Very good location! The rooms are clean. I recommend it for business travel. The thing I did not like about the hotel is the cafe & the lobby, they do not look great.

Not far from town can walk but carpet too old

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and I must say, the location was spot on—extremely convenient to our office, which made commuting a breeze. The room itself was quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax and work. However, the building is showing its age and could use some updates to enhance the overall experience. Some of the amenities also left a bit to be desired; they were not as user-friendly or modern as I would have hoped. Overall, while the hotel’s location and room size are definite positives, the outdated facilities and less-than-ideal amenities might prompt me to consider other options in the future.

This hotel is Suckks big time. Please dont go here. I requested for cancellation 24-48 hours before check in and they didnt approve it and charge mu credit card full payment. They dont give option for others as well. They simply want your money simply When they know you cant make it. Please avoid this hotel and dont pay till you arrived physically

Worst hotel you can stay in. Found post shave hair stuck on the shower wall. Female hair in the sink. Carpets and curtains are stained, ripped and torn. NEVER stay there

Hotel looks a little bit outdated and perhaps need some new carpets and refurbishment. Beyond that, the service and comfort of the room were good. For those driving, beware that the carpark entrance way is very narrow and tight.

Very bad place to stay. The check in service was bad I waited for trolley man more than 10 minutes and after that I helped my self and I pushed my baggage by myself. Also the room was dirty as well as the bathroom. The swimming pool very dirty I’m really disappointed. I thought Novotel is big name in the market but after this experience I’m sure its not. مكان سيئ للغاية. خدمة سيئه غرف سيئة و متسخة. لا يستحق اسم نوڤيتيل.

攜程訂的價格600多人民幣，而酒店官網上訂200-300元人民幣。酒店太差，卻被攜程吃差價。根本沒有服務，四星級酒店在門口就一個小接待台，請你們慎重選擇。
