IilahayesI recently had the pleasure of staying at Timberland Heights Resort, and overall, it was a lovely trip. The resort offers a similar atmosphere to Shangri-La Boracay, though naturally not at the same level of luxury and elegance. However, it provides a great vacation experience, perfect for stays of at least two nights to fully enjoy activities like the Outdoor Cinema, Bonfire with S’mores, and swimming in the infinity pool with its stunning views of both the city and nature. It’s a place I would return to and recommend to friends.
That said, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. First, attention to cleanliness could be improved, specifically with the coffee mugs and kettle in the room. Ours had hardened residue, particularly around the mouth area of the kettle. Fortunately, the Manager promptly addressed the issue by replacing the mugs, glasses, and providing us with a new kettle, which was much appreciated.
Additionally, I’d like to bring up a concern regarding the swimming pool. My son has swum in numerous pools both locally and internationally, and this was the only time he experienced an allergic reaction. We initially thought his fever was related to a cold, but on our last day, he developed rashes, which we later learned were due to an allergic reaction. The rash began on his neck and spread to his shoulders, chest, back, and limbs. After visiting his pediatrician and undergoing lab tests, it was confirmed as an allergic reaction. We suspect that it may be related to the chemicals used for pool maintenance, as this was the only pool that triggered such a reaction after over 20 others.
While this was an isolated incident, I think it would be worth the management’s attention to review the chemicals used in the pool to ensure they’re safe for all guests. This would help to avoid any similar experiences for future visitors, especially those with sensitive skin.
I truly hope to return and celebrate future occasions at Timberland Heights Resort, and with a few adjustments, I’m sure it can continue to offer even better experiences for all its guests.

LlitafebeWe recently stayed at The Monaco Hotel Taytay and had a mixed experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable bed but there were no hangers or closet in the room, no safety box and you can hear the people chatting from the room next to yours. The room isn’t soundproof. The bathroom exhaust fan was really noisy.
Location was okay. There’s a convenience store, cafe and hair salon.
They have a swimming pool but we didn’t get the chance to try it. We enjoyed the good breakfast.
Check in and check out was good. The only thing that I didn’t like during the check in was they asked 8 thousand pesos for security deposit for two nights stay for two rooms. I was expecting one thousand deposit as stated in my booking with trip.com. Anyways, it was refundable.
Overall, The Hotel Monaco Taytay is a decent choice for traveler’s looking for affordable and short stays.

La chambre est propre et grande parce qu'elle peut héberger 4 pax mais je reste là seul parce que je ne pense pas qu'ils ont des chambres pour 1 ou 2 pax mais le prix est raisonnable. Ils ont une piscine et je préfère la salle de bain avec une baignoire, si spacieuse, mais la faucet n'est pas fonctionnelle. Ils ont même un balcon. Vous pouvez aussi tourner autour du camping si vous voulez. Je vous recommande de vous rendre à l'hôtel ou de vous rendre à la maison pour un séjour de nuit.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it.

The room was clean and the room service was good
We had a flickering light in the cr and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes
Hotel is next to Sta Lucia mall and the LRT station
Also many jeepney are available to go to many locations
Highly recommend for the price
We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future

JJherruIl est un grand endroit, de bonnes installations avec plusieurs piscines. Vous pouvez profiter avec votre famille ami. Ils offrent également beaucoup de variété de nourriture excitante. Le restaurant a une très bonne vue sur la montagne. Grand service client. Tout le personnel était très bien et confortable.

Les tuiles de bain ont une légère déglutition et la table est visiblement imprégnée, douche rustique et toile. J'ai remarqué quelques sacs de ciment et de paille de peintures près de l'ascenseur, donc je suppose qu'ils font des rénovations. J'espère que la prochaine visite sera sans spot 😄
La chambre est inattenduement spacieuse.
Toiles propres mais tournées (le personnel de lave-linge pourrait prouver sa colère sur les toiles 🤣🤣🤣)
J' ai dormi bien et ils ont jusqu' à présent le lit le plus confortable que j' ai dormi dans la semaine parmi les 4 hôtels .
Le récepteur nous laisse dans une heure avant notre entrée, la garde de sécurité est très utile.
Cherchez l'objet mystérieux dans le toilette 😆

ZzoooomiePros: Un salon décent et propre. Très bon personnel. Très bonne connexion Internet. Leurs AC fonctionnent bien. L'hôtel est juste près de la cathédrale Antipolo.
Cons: L'hôtel est difficile à trouver. Frappe n'a pas goût bon et c'est un peu cher. À côté, je souhaite qu'ils frappent sur les portes et commencent à nettoyer les chambres quotidiennement et fournissent un kit d'hygiène. Pas d'eau ou de café complimentaires. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à l'extérieur de la salle de bains, mais il y a une panda alimentaire.

UUtilisateur anonymeI must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay.
However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression.
That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience.
Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!
