About this space Welcome to our waterfront paradise and all the comforts of home! Park your watercraft in the slip behind. Dine on your spoils from the sea while watching dolphins under the coastal moon. Furry friends welcome. Cozy up at night, with games to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy the pool, tennis/pickle ball court, and fish cleaning station. Sun yourself at the award winning beach, nearby. Stroll through the historic district, with shopping, dining, and Art Center. Indulge in a unique Texas getaway! The space Two bed/Two bath water front condo with an additional Queen size air mattress and a couch that could sleep one adult or 2 children. The couch is not a fold out couch. The air mattress could fit in the second bedroom or in the living room but does not have a private space. This is a flat located on the ground floor. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut.
