The room is beautifully designed with advanced built in technology such as diffused oxygen supply and floor heating, with a great direct view to the snowy mountains. There are many home stays nearby that offers the same Mountain View. We paid a premium to stay here, not only for the Mountain View, but also for the supposed services and daily activities that the hotel advertised on social media. Unfortunately the service level is almost non existent, the breakfast area is easily overpacked. The staffs even asked me to share a four people table with a couple during breakfast. I am not paying USD500 per night so I can share a dining table with strangers with no privacy. We joined the sound healing experience which was held at 9pm (on the contrary to most other sound healing experiences I had, which is usually in the morning). The sound healing experience was held in the meditation room, which is located right above the Bar. Naturally, during the sound healing experience I heard mostly loud speakers playing APT and other loud music, with some light bowl singing sound. The dinner was the worst I have had during my 9 days trip in Yunnan. The afternoon tea on level 5 (Bar area) was strangely arranged with all guests cramped next to each other and hunched over the low table where snacks are placed. The hotel claims to have the top hotel room design and provides top end appliances in all the rooms, including HERMES toiletries, a B&O speaker, and Dyson hairdryer. The staffs introduced the room with great enthusiasm and pride on the small design details. Although, after 2nights in the hotel, I left feeling the hotel is nothing but an empty shell with no soul. I will not come back to this hotel again

Trésor B&B dans la mer de Napa! Le style de décoration est vraiment incroyable ! Que ce soit les détails de la décoration ou les détails du service, ils sont tous au top ! C'est vraiment le meilleur B&B dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Shangri-La ! Le paysage extérieur est également magnifique ! Même si à notre arrivée il n’y avait que des montagnes et des prairies enneigées et pas de mer, c’était quand même assez beau ! La patronne est également très gentille. Nous avons eu une conversation agréable en allant nous chercher à Dukezong Ancient City ! Très bon goût et style ! Le premier choix pour voyager dans la mer de Napa ! ! Croyez-moi, j'ai raison !

Vous pouvez aller n'importe où en quelques pas. Service : Je suis très satisfait du service. Le patron nous arrangera pour nous garer dans la vieille ville. Si la place de parking est pleine, il nous arrangera pour nous garer ailleurs. Il nous aidera à nous orienter et à nous organiser. Il y a beaucoup de touristes pendant le Nouvel An chinois et les places de parking sont serrées. Je comprends que la célèbre famille d'accueil disposera d'une voiture à batterie pour venir nous chercher sur la place de parking. Quand nous sortirons, ils nous conduiront à la voiture. Le service est vraiment incroyable. Parfois, je me sens gêné de déranger le patron pour qu'il vienne nous chercher. Ce genre de service de famille d'accueil célèbre est vraiment meilleur que celui des grands hôtels cinq étoiles. Je me sens comme à la maison. Très bien Il y a aussi un joli chiot blanc dans le magasin. Il est intelligent et bien élevé. Il dort bien dans la cage la nuit. Il sort jouer dans la vieille ville pendant la journée. Il peut reconnaître le chemin et rentrer chez lui consciemment, quelle que soit la distance qu'il parcourt 🤭 Je vous souhaite une entreprise prospère !

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Initially, I planned to stay for just one night, but the wonderful atmosphere convinced me to extend my stay for another night. The host provided a warm and exceptional welcome, making me feel right at home. I was even upgraded to a better room, which made the experience even more delightful. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking vast green meadows and snow-capped mountains. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, including an oxygen machine that made the stay even more comfortable. Traveling was also very convenient as the hotel is not far from the city center and the airport. For anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views, I highly recommend this place!

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only.
