Pas mal, les cinq étoiles sont pour le service de Monica. La chambre est calme, la piscine est propre, le personnel est très sympathique et le restaurant est délicieux. Parce que j'ai le sommeil léger, je préfère choisir des oreillers lors de la réservation de la chambre, j'ai mentionné que j'avais besoin d'oreillers supplémentaires. étaient préparés à l’avance et nous avons appelé pour communiquer. S'agissant d'un hôtel de villégiature, certains détails doivent être renforcés : 1. Aucun article de toilette, chaussons et peignoirs ne sont préparés pour les enfants ; 2. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée à temps. J'ai raccroché le panneau demandant le nettoyage, mais je ne l'ai pas nettoyé à mon retour après cinq heures de l'après-midi pendant la majeure partie de la journée. J'ai appelé deux fois pour me le rappeler avant de venir. C'était peut-être parce qu'il y en avait. il y avait tellement d'invités qui s'enregistraient pendant les vacances que je n'ai pas pu arriver à temps. 3. La qualité des fruits accueillis n'est pas très bonne, et certains ne sont pas mûrs ; 4. La connexion WiFi continue d'échouer ; 5. Notez que le service de préparation à la nuit est obligatoire et n'est disponible que la première nuit ; 6. Il est recommandé d'imperméabiliser la couche inférieure du thé flottant de l'après-midi. Après avoir joué avec pendant un moment, la partie inférieure du dessert s'est mouillée et, à la fin, elle était immangeable. They even created a WeChat group to assist us with any questions or concerns, which was incredibly helpful and made communication seamless. **Room & Amenities: 3.5/5** The room itself was pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with some mold in the shower. The bathtub on the balcony was a fun idea, but the lack of privacy screens made it unusable. **Hotel Facilities: 3/5** The amenities were lacking for a ”light luxury” hotel. The rooftop bar was gutted and unavailable, and the gym was very basic. Breakfast had limited (mostly Chinese) options, which got repetitive after a few days. However, the food was always fresh and hot, and the variety of juices and teas helped balance it out. **Overall: 4/5** A great stay thanks to the amazing location and outstanding staff, but the hotel could improve by addressing maintenance issues, adding privacy for the balcony tub, and expanding breakfast choices. Location was great, walking distance for many restaurants and highlights of the city itself. Drive to regional highlights such as Wild Elephant Valley and Rain Forest was a breeze at approximately less than an hour for both. Many great food restaurants in the area. Hotel has a photo service that is a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit basic with roughly two choices every day. Hotel was clean and the employees were very helpful for all the requests we had. Beds are large enough for 3 person families and rooms are spacious. Amenities are of quality and well prepared.

the hotel is amazing, design and service everything excellent. the staff is very kind they made me feel at home. the upgrade ld my room for free and was very spacious and nice, with an outdoor bar. the serve an amazing afternoon tea also for free and airport pick up… It is close to the night market what is very convenient, you can walk there. The hotel is very quiet and calm. I love it. I will go back for sure and highly recommend
