Navona Nice Room

Great location and thats all, rooms really small and breakfast serve in the room, very small and not big choice (every day diffrent receptionist brings you food and everybody doing breakfast diffrent, missing some staff or brining not what we ask for ) plus no space in the room to eat for 2 people, side table is good only for 1 person. Place advertise that the have lift but reception have the key and guest are not able to use it( what a joke ) overral bad experience and i will advise to avoid

Our ("suite" without even a desk and chair) room was two floors above a night club. We could hear the music from within the building, and from the window patrons speaking loudly and the doorman's phone ringing -- up to 4 am. The owner of Navona Nice Room (I know, just the name should have put me off) would discuss only on whatsapp and without disclosing his name. He pretended that he ignored the existence of the club and declined responsibility – a typical roman attitude I must say.

They do not respect bookings! and try to shove you to one of their other partner hotels not near Piazza Navona with the excuses that there were plumbing issues or other booking issues (such as not valid card). Most probably they double book the rooms due to the locations and try to transfer you to the other hotels. I booked with them in May 9-11/5/2022 and 12 hours before arriving they messaged me through Whatsup that our room had plumbing issues and they would transfer them to one of their other hotels. When i said i was not interested and requested from them not to charge my card as i would cancelled the booking they proceeded in charging my card and declared me as a no show. I am still waiting for a refund! UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID THEM, the manager Emanuelle was very rude.

We’ve had such a bad experience in this so called B&B. We booked a room there after we’ve seen all of the pictures on booking, thinking we will get one of the rooms from pictures. As we arrived, it was clear we got a room which was not in the pictures, and it was clear WHY. This room was a joke for the money we paid them. It was the dirtiest room in my life, we did not have warm water, and the breakfast dishes was dirty as hell. On the ceiling was some kind of storage, and there were some used building material(rubbish). You get your breakfast in room, and you do not have a table or a chair, so you need to eat on the bed. When we complained, some Indian “receptionist” said he does not have time to argue with us, as his job was not only the reception, but cleaning the rooms and preparing and serving the breakfast. His boss told him we can leave the room but we are not getting our money back. We complained to *********** and they reached to them, and the owner answered them we are making jokes and tricks, and that we already left the room and did not pay them (my credit card was charged the moment we got there and we did not left the room, we had two more days to stay). All in all, my vacation was ruined because of these people, it was a very unpleasant experience. You do not have an option or the right person to complain, and the staffs english was so bad, they did not understand much. Do not go there!!!

All is amazing the location ,great staff ,very comfortable room . All is perfect,the breakfast is very good , The room is very quietly and vey clean, The person on the reception was perfect, Thanks for all

Luxury rooms?!?!??!!!??? Ma fatemi il piacere! I complimenti vanno fatti a chi ha scattato le foto che fanno apparire un semplice b&b in ciò che POTREBBERO SEMBRARE delle stanze lussuose. Il segreto è stato usare degli accorgimenti semplicemente "scenici" nell'apparenza, ma di poca sostanza. Materiale dell'arredo scarso. Camera piccola, bagno microscopico con un lavandino così minuscolo da far gocciolare sempre l'acqua sul pavimento. Uno dei due pulsanti dello sciacquone sfondato e il silicone lungo lo specchio annerito. Se si ha la supponenza di definirsi luxury rooms, la perfezione è D'OBBLIGO. Per non parlare della PROPRIETÀ (impiegate invece veramente gentili): persone supponenti e così poco eleganti da farci fare la posta dalle loro impiegate finché non abbiamo strisciato le carte. Tra l''altro neanche al check-out ma già la sera del nostro arrivo essendo io arrivata nel primo pomeriggio ma avendo chiesto di poter pagare la sera nell'attesa che arrivasse la mia amica per accordarci tra di noi. Trattate come se fossimo semplicemente dei polli da spennare. Eh sì perché hanno pure cercato di accreditare il totale del soggiorno dalla mia carta prima ancora che io fossi arrivata in struttura. Hanno giustificato la cosa, con una risposta anche poco gradevole, come pre autorizzazione (che è comprensibile e si sa che è un modo per le strutture di "proteggersi"), ma mi è arrivato un messaggio dalla mia banca che invece faceva riferimento ad una TRANSAZIONE NEGATA per mancanza della mia autorizzazione.... A 260 eur a camera a notte per esser trattate in questo modo, visto soprattutto che su booking si prenota tramite carta di credito, MAI PIÙ. Posizione sicuramente interessante (anche se non vicina alla metro) ma dal punto di vista della professionalità e cortesia, PROPRIO NO.
