Je suis allé avec ma classe dans cette auberge pendant un voyage scolaire. Les lits ne sont pas stable et grince, la clime ne marche pas mais ce n’est pas le pire, le pire est le fait que je suis revenu chez moi avec des punaises de lit et c’est un enfer de s’en débarrasser. J’ai vu des avis a propos de cela avant de partir en voyage qui ont été postés 5 mois avant et cela n’a toujours pas été réglé alors que beaucoup de personnes s’y loge. Je ne vous le conseille pas sauf si vous voulez vivre un enfer après chez vous. J’étais dans la chambre 502 et je ne suis pas la seule à en avoir des punaises de lit, j’ai une amie qui était dans la même chambre que moi et qui en a aussi, sa situation est même plus grave que la mienne. If you want bed bugs and unhelpful and rude staff, who are clearly lying about how they handle the bedbugs problem, this is the place. Furthermore, if you want dirty rooms to sleep in and lots of noise from the street, you should definetely go there. Horrible experience.

what to say about this magnificent place recommended to everyone I am now I feel like at home. a very clean pleasant and fun environment the staff is super welcoming not to mention the guys in the recption including Giorgia allen and jeff of the people super attention to good of the customer they always find a way to please the customers with the utmost respect for their customers and with great pleasure that I tend to recommend the Palladini hostel in Rome with good prices in a friendly and sociable environment I believe that in all the hostels that I have visited this for me is one of the best this I assure you is if you don't believe it come and try this experience yourself

I am very sad about having to stay here. I have booked on Hostelworld, which is kind of a pain in the ass app. Although I initially had to change the dates and the hotel said it was fine, nothing was reflected in the app so I had become confused, and I had a lot of other things going on this year, and I thought that I had not booked the hotel for some reason! I ended up booking twice and I had canceled a reservation for my elderly 88 year old father and me. They refused to refund my money because I didn't pay extra for cancellation. This trip is a once in a lifetime experience for my father and me and we don't have a lot of money, and like other tourist to go to Rome. I'm really sad that the hotel sees fit to keep my hard-earned money instead of taking pity on me and refunding it. I've been refunded by other hostels under similar circumstances around the world. I'm also an Italian citizen, and sadly many of my country, men and women tend to fit the horrible stereotypes. Expect to lose money if you come to this place.

BEDBUGS!! when we arrived there were multiple rooms with bedbugs, took days to fix. really small and dirty bathrooms. also the first floor had a lounge area and kitchen and the fifth floor didnt have any thing, only the rooms and bathrooms.

Hostel was very clean, towels and bedsheets were provided. We had a private bathroom which was also very clean but the shared ones didn’t look bad either. Fridge in room was a lifesaver for keeping water cool as ur was 35°! Staff were helpful enough. The only downfall was the streets around the hostel were covered in litter and looked very dirty but the location was a 5 min walk from Termini which was fab

The room we got had bedbugs in it which we found after just one night. When inspecting further we found bloodstains on the walls, probably from people smashing the bugs. Another friend got bedsheets with staines from periodblood on them. Also heard from some friends staying there after we left that the water stopped working, making it hard to wash up or go to the toilet. I am only giving them 2 stars because they fixed a room in another hostel for us after complaining but I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there. All of us have nasty bites on our bodies from the bedbugs and some might have gotten them in their apartments back at home.

Great hostel because it has the best location any Traveler would want the staff is wonderful especially Jeffery and all the other guys , very clean and Highly recmended if you want to vist Rome this is the perfect place

I was traveling alone and this hostel was in a convenient place to access the train. It was a little out of the way of most of the main sites but close enough to a metro station to walk. It was in a building with a variety of other hostels which was a little weird/confusing as the atheistic of our section (clean, modern) did not match the rest of the building (older, a bit run down). We had an issue with the door handle to our door. I reported it when I left so no idea if it was fixed or not. They had a great bathroom on our floor with individual toilet/shower stalls and lots of sinks to use. My group room was really large and had the bed was comfortable. Over all this was a good hostel but I think I could have found one that was a bit more centralized and with slightly better amenities. (Traveled Sept. 2019)
