Un hôtel chic dans un endroit fantastique près du mont Palatin. Le service était aimable et attentionné et le verre de bienvenue et le verre du soir étaient un bonus inattendu. La chambre et le lit étaient très confortables.

L'expérience de l'hôtel est de première classe et l'hôtel a également envoyé une liste de restaurants recommandés avec beaucoup de considération. J'ai essayé plusieurs restaurants recommandés par l'hôtel, qui sont très bons. La dame de la réception, Charlotte, est très chaleureuse et sympathique. Elle a pris l'initiative d'aider à réserver des restaurants et des taxis. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra voir son excellence.

Je l'aime beaucoup, près de l'arène. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon et le personnel de service est sympathique et enthousiaste. La vue nocturne au dernier étage la nuit est incroyable, ainsi que la piscine sur le toit et le service de bar.

運氣好真好我在***********沒有訂到，反而在攜程訂到這間酒店。這家酒店地點太方便了，去景點走路十幾分鍾就到了。服務對客人更是熱情，我都不知道他們哪裡來的精力！

Mon mari et moi avons passé 2 nuits à Rome à l’hôtel Nerva fin mars 2022 et nous en conservons un souvenir enchanteur. Ce « boutique hôtel » ravissant est idéalement situé : en plein cœur du centre historique de la ville, juste derrière le Forum de Traiano, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du Colisée ! Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet établissement restauré avec un goût infini. Belles matières, couleurs sobres, détails raffinés, déco chic : un sans faute. Notre chambre (« Deluxe room Queen size bed 20m2 ») était parfaite pour se reposer après les journées passées à arpenter et découvrir Rome. La literie hyper confortable, les oreillers en duvet moelleux juste comme il faut (2 par personne : pas besoin de demander d’oreiller supplémentaire, c’est assez rare). Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’harmonie des couleurs et les jolis luminaires. La salle de bains en marbre avec douche à l’italienne n’est pas grande mais très fonctionnelle. Mention spéciale au parfum d’ambiance Aqua di Parma et aux produits de toilette, très qualitatifs. Les volets et les rideaux vraiment occultants nous ont permis de passer deux excellentes nuits ! Et bien sûr l’accueil ! C’est un point fort de l’hôtel. C’est la charmante Charlotte qui s’est occupée de nous à l’arrivée et le long du (trop court) séjour. Souriante, discrète et disponible, elle nous a indiqué de réelles bonnes adresses (restaurants, shopping…). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de prendre un double expresso et un capuccino au bar-salon de thé de l’hôtel, qu’elle nous a servis avec des petits gâteaux et des chocolats. Nous avons recommandé cet hôtel à tous nos amis et à notre famille. Et quand nous reviendrons à Rome, nous retournerons au Nerva Boutique Hôtel, c’est sûr et certain ! Pros: Top notch staff - professional, friendly, welcoming, & efficient Waking distance from a lot of cool sites Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores Very clean Comfortable beds Complimentary wine tokens given for lunch & dinner Smart TV in the room so you can watch YouTube or mirror your phone to the TV during your downtime Given a daily complimentary bottle of water Complimentary robes & slippers Cons (minor, but just giving a heads up of items some readers may want to consider): The fridge is a mini bar, but there is enough space to store something small if you need to. The location looks a bit off putting bc there were sleeping bags & pillows a few steps away signaling potential homeless people sleeping there, but the hotel doesn't play about security - you have to be buzzed in. No key cards, an actual key is used to access your room & cut on the power. Room safe is traditional lock & key. Check out is pen, paper, & calculator not like current hotels with a computer based process. Not a big deal, but I felt bad when I asked for a detailed receipt and the gentleman at the desk had to create one by hand. The pancakes. Not to yuck anyone's yum, but they just weren't worth 9.50 € Overall, I'd still give a 5 bc it really was a very nice stay. If you're in a rush to a scheduled tour and maybe not yet confident in grabbing something nearby, then i do recommend eating at the hotel. That's what we did until we got more familiar with the area and the flow of the city. The staff, in particular the tall, blond lady whose name slips my mind, was so awesome! She was literally the kindest person I met in Rome. She was so kind, bubbly, helpful, welcoming... the list of positives just goes on and on. She definitely deserves a raise &/or promotion!

Nerva is a lovely boutique hotel. They provide exceptional services. They arranged pick up from airport and transportation to the port for our cruise at the end of our stay. The entire hotel is lovely with the most friendly staff that makes you feel part of their family. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They helped us with recommendations on where to eat and sightseeing. Always asking what we needed and how our day was after returning from sightseeing. Food is excellent. Entire hotel is spotless. They provide a safe in the room. We were given a book on Rome, a tote bag and a water bottle as mementos. Can’t say enough! Highly recommend!
