Domus Livia

Fantastic stay. Rooms are spacious for family of 4. Breakfast is excellent, the fresh bread and massive Croissants were superb. Staff were extremely helpful and sorted us a kettle, tea and milk for the room. Location makes it so easy to see everything in Rome. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this lovely hotel, the staff were all so friendly and extremely welcoming! It is based in a convenient central area of Rome, making it the perfect base to explore the gorgeous city :) We loved the breakfast set up, tea and coffee making facilities in the reception and a cute basket with bread and croissants hooked on to the door! With a selection of jams Nutella cheese and butters in the fridge in your room!

Simply put this place is amazing. Marisa is lovely and so helpful, and this started from the moment we booked. She arranged for a private taxi to collect us from the airport (we arrived at 0030.) Also sent simple instructions for us to get into the suites once we arrived. Marisa was around the majority of the time during our stay and was again helpful with anything we needed. The suites are so nice and I couldn’t recommend enough we had no issues at all, the breakfast is nice and we loved the hanging basket concept and having it in our room with everything provided. The location of the suites is great for everything Rome has to offer, walking distance to everything or get on a Lime Scooter….. Marisa thank you for an amazing stay at the Domus Livia Suites.

Very good location - we were able to walk to all major tourist attractions (although the Vatican was a longer walk), and the street the hotel is on is great. We visited some very nice restaurants which were all less than five minutes away and there are also at least three supermarkets nearby which were reasonably priced. It was also very quiet inside despite the street being busy. The room itself was nice and clean with a reasonable amount of space. You can access YouTube on the TV as well as Italian live TV. The doors are locked by keys so make sure to ask for a spare set if you are travelling in a pair who might do things separately (the staff were happy to provide one for us on request). The room does not have a safe in it but we didn't have any issues leaving things during the day. The bathroom is spacious but dated and as such had a few problems, particularly with water drainage. Staff were very quick to respond however when a part on the shower broke and it was fixed the next day whilst we were out. Check-in and check-out were both very easy despite us both arriving and leaving outside of operating hours, and staff were always friendly and helpful. In all, the hotel is worth it for the price and the location but do be aware that there are some issues that come with its age.

Excellent location, close to most of the city tourist attractions.Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was cleaned. The breakfast was basic, but enough to start the day. Definitely recommend this hotel for weekend break.

Ideally located: near the main station, the metro and the busstops. But you also get to the center directly on foot. A comfortable room, a very quiet island in the middle of the hectic life in Rome. A good bed, so you are well rested each day you start. Bathroom with all amenities was neatly made every day. The breakfast was good. The coffee for a coffee fanatic like me rather limited. Check in & out very well arranged and everyone extremely helpful and friendly. I will return.

In a big building with others hotels and other business premises. Well located, quite place. Owners very kind and helpfull. Our room was big and clean, and the breakfast system in the room happens to be very practical.

Hotel located about 10 minute walk from main train station. Bit difficult to find, but look for Hotel Miami sign. Lovely welcome from hosts Cynthia and Marisa. Large room. Comfy bed. Everything you need in room, including mini fridge. Brekky is by a hanging basket outside your room. - very cute. Grocery shop 2 mins walk. Within walking distance to many sights. Trevi fountain approx 10-15 mins away. Would recommend
