LE STANZE SONO TUTTE ELEGANTISSIME E FORNITE DI TUTTI I COMFORT, L’ACCOGLIENZA E CALOROSA E DISCRETA, HO AVUTO IL PIACERE DI SOGGIORNARE IN UNA SPLENDIDA SUITE CHE MI HA LASCIATO DAVVERO SENZA PAROLE PER BELLEZZA ED ELEGANZA. SOGGIORNARE NELLA PACE DI UNO DEI PALAZZI PIÙ BELLI DI ROMA L’HO TROVATA UN’OTTIMA ALTERNATIVA AGLI HOTEL CINQUE STELLE DEL CENTRO STORICO. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE E SPERO DI TORNARCI PRESTO.

This property is seriously misrepresented on the *********** site. The Princess Pia suite does not have 2 en suite bedrooms, no additional bathroom, no fireplace and no safe. The 2nd bedroom is basically a collapsed couch in the sitting area. The photos are a con - the room is accessed off the main staircase and up a ridiculously steep flight of stairs - converted servants quarters. Lift was broken (102 stairs) and there was no hot water on 2 mornings. Incredibly rude property owner (Maria). Was refused a refund for the unused nights after she agreed to do so, then reneged (she agreed to refund if *********** could point out where she had misrepresented the property. Which they did !). I feel defrauded !

History abounds as you walk up the incredible marble staircase - or take the beautiful wood panelled elevator. A palatial suite sumptuously furnished and a Super king size bed await you. Plan your day from the comfort of your suite. Gusto coffee machine and tea provided as well as a very useful fridge. The whole experience feels as if you have been invited to stay for a gloriously romantic private ‘Vacanze Romane’. Situated just a stone’s throw from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, put on your walking shoes and enjoy the beauty of the Eternal City! Adiamo!

We slept in a museum!! The furnishings, art and lighting were amazing from the 1500-1700’s while the amenities and service were modern day. We had a private tour of the museum rooms by a family member, a direct descendant of Ruspoli himself. Amazing hospitality in historic surroundings. What a stay!!

This is a property of deep cultural significance. Dating back to the 16th century, the mansion offers a rare opportunity to immerse in history. Its faded glory adds to the totally unique character and charm. I strongly recommend this property to those who are not seeking a standard hotel experience. It is a private mansion, opening its doors to the general public. It does not offer typical hotel services (this is the key reason we chose to stay here). When in Rome… live as the Romans do. You receive your own set of keys to your apartment and the main gate. Returning home in the evening, entering the main entrance, proceeding up the grand staircase to your own pad is an experience unlike any other. Period furniture, original artworks and breathtaking ceiling frescoes indulge the imagination. The apartments are cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern and offer all comforts. Breakfast (room service) is not included (as mentioned above - this is not a hotel). The location could not be more convenient. The place is within walking distance to all sites (30mins to Vatican and Colosseum, 7 mins to Spanish Steps, 15 mins to the Pantheon). There are great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. WiFi was working fine. So did the AC.

It’s like a fairytale. Sleeping in a 16th Century palazzo in the heart of Rome. The Prince is still in residence and the young princess makes you feel at home- Italian Style! Location 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Hospitality 12/10

Ho soggiornato nel mese di luglio presso la residenza. Ho prenotato una seconda volta ad un prezzo a dir poco esorbitante rispetto alla prima per i servizi e la l’assistenza completamente inesistente . Servizio di pulizia della camera ad orari impensabili e con attesa da parte di noi ospiti per la consegna delle chiavi, un misero frigo da campeggio poggiato per terra, fili ovunque, parcheggio pagato in anticipo e mai restituito in quanto la sottoscritta si è ritrovata doppia multa per ztl Mai rimossa dalla struttura . Colazione non compresa per un importo erogato di 800 euro. Completamente abbandonata anche in partenza . Sarà pure una residenza d principesca .. ma di nobile ha ben poco. Da rivedere il tutto .
