Amazing b&b!! The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. The en-suite bathroom was of a good size and again, spotless with shower gel provided. The room had a large window that overlooked the street, the b&b is on the fourth floor of a residential building so there was no noise from the road and we had perfect sleeps every night. Chiara, the host was so lovely and inviting, recommending places to eat and helping with transport. Location wise is perfect, a 2 minute walk to Vatican City and maybe 30 minutes to every other site. The surrounding area felt very safe and was a bit quieter than nearer the other attractions. Overall a great stay and would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. The owner was really welcoming and knowledgeable about the best places/ restaurants in Rome and the room and kitchen were always spotlessly cleaned. The B&B is situated right outside the Vatican walls close to an amazing gelato shop and taxi rank which is a bonus!

We had booked to stay with this hotel but a family member we spent the whole Christmas in close proximity with contracted Covid on the 27th of December, therefore were both in the incubation period whereby we could test negative but could still be in the process of contracting the illness. Therefore, it wouldn’t have been responsible to travel to Rome and potentially infect people on the flight or hotel. As well as this holiday was booked for new years eve and my birthday (new years day) but from the time of booking there are more restrictions in place in the city such as ALL nightclubs and New Year’s Eve events are all closed, this drastically changes the nature of our trip. On the basis of it being unsafe to travel, we requested a cancellation and reschedule on the 27th of December at our earliest opportunity. The owner did not get back to us until the 28th and then proceeded to take the full amount with no warning from our account before discussing any options. We do not feel this represents good customer service and fair treatment at all. The owner then said she would try and compensate us if she re-sells the room, which of course we have no control or ability to monitor, as well as two free days in Jan, which does not make sense to us as the restrictions are still in place during this month we would not look to rebook until April, when the affects have lessened and restrictions lifted. We have since been ignored by the owner. We have had to pay the full sum for the booking, we were happy to pay a fine or move the holiday but no accommodation was made at all, this is very poor considering the current climate and it would not have been responsible to travel during this period. We contacted *********** who explained they tried to come to an arrangement with the hotel but the hotel refused and took full payment. Be very careful before booking a holiday with this hotel.

When you arrive, pleas push the button outside the huge door for Folia. We missed that requirement to get a hold of Chiara. It was a nice room. The breakfast was basic but good. We shared the kitchen with 2 other couples which we only saw for about 15mins in 2 days. Everything was updated. Chiara was happy to help before and during our stay. The Lemon Grass Gelato shop was right there. Yum. Amalfi was across the street for the best calzone I've ever eaten. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, very clean room with a beautiful lightning and waking up so close to san pietro is awesome. The host is very nice and answered all our questions. Breakfast was on point even though everything was packed because of covid (there's a coffee machine and other stuff too). The area is quiet at night, not usual for rome and it was nice sleeping without car noises. Great price for the experience.

I’ve stayed in 30 to 40 bed-and-breakfast and this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed at. It was incredibly clean, the manager spent an hour sharing tips on Rome and answering all of our questions when we arrived and the room was newly redecorated completely eco friendly

A truly special B&B, both for the hospitality of the owner and for the quality of the structure. Furthermore, the position of the B&B allows you to quickly reach all the points of interest in Rome, because it is located a few steps from the Vatican and just two minutes from the Ottaviano metro stop!
