My experience was absolutely terrible not windows at All !Air conditioning not working! Car park too expensive ! Staff don’t understand very English not clear will never stay again thanks

Excellent hotel doors downstairs are wide open which allows all my visitors to come in and help me test the rooms. the guys let people come and go without question perfect we give the bed a good test make sure its up to all the action. you can pay for 1 breakfast and have 6 people go up and get stuff. very accommodating.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Premier Inn in Romford Town Centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I want to especially commend the manager for their outstanding hospitality during my stay. My room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. I can't even describe how restful the bed was. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and loved the atmosphere of the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family, nice clean comfortable room, lovely breakfast and fantastic staff. A big thank you to lisa for sorting a genuine mistake without a fuss and efficiently would definitely stay here again on my next family visit

We arrived at the premier inn with myself and my family. We received exceptional customer service from Lisa the receptionist and Jason the manager, they went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had the top notch experience from efficient check in process, car park services, each moment was delightful. I will definitely recommend others for sure!

Premier Inn rooms a slight cut above other competitors, but I actully do prefer the rooms at the alternative sure around the corner, because I like being able to actually crack the windows for real fresh air. WiFi/network signals are much stronger as well. Hence the 4 given here. The staff were wonderful. An issue at check in, after I'd had a difficult day travelling were just so well handled by Lisa and Alex, it was impoosble to even be grumpy. I appreciate any hotel that seems to have a universally competent and friendly team and Raluca was very friendly and helpful the following evening

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Romford on a school trip. The welcome was warm, the staff was really caring. It will remain a very pleasant memory. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were very soft. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I will return with pleasure!
