Clean and stylish. The style feels very Chicago with the post modern style details: pink neon lights mono chrome sculptures and black and white photos of the stars. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fast. We were desperate to catch a bus and these folks made it happen. Close to the airport, which is definitely nice after a long flight.

房間挺乾淨的，有免費接機到酒店服務，需提前郵件預約，到芝加哥機場後聯繫酒店前台，車就回來接，大概開車10分鐘車程到酒店，從酒店步行10分鐘就可以到奧萊，酒店地理位置非常方便，下次還會入住此酒店。

新開的酒店，總體不錯，機場邊上略貴沒辦法，每半小時有送機的車子，衹給司機搬運行李的小費即可。

바로 옆에 아울렛이 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 젊은 느낌의 호텔이에요. 냉장고는 없고 체크인시 물 2병응 주었습니다.

A quick stay while in between the suburbs and city wouldn’t be complete without The Rose Hotel. Every stay has been fantastic and this one was just as great. The bartender even remembered me from almost 1.5yrs ago when we stayed there last!! Thanks, Gillian! The food, drinks, and ambiance were perfect. And the shuttle even took me to the train so I could head downtown for the remainder of my week.

Wasn’t a hotel guest but had a GREAT experience with the park and go to Ohare. Highly recommend for airport travel. The manager, Adam, even personally shuttled us from the airport - took all of 5 minutes to be picked up and then helped jump our car when we realized it was dead.

The hotel is absolutely spotless! It is in a great location near the O'hare airport and the entertainment center of Rosemont. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and hospitable. I specially want to thank Ysabel and Melanie for their smiles and professionalism. They also provide a free shuttle for anywhere within a 3 mile radius, including the airport! I would definitely stay there again if my travels take me that way!

We loved staying at the Rose Hotel and had a fantastic stay. From the moment we walked in until we checked out, the customer service was top notch. The room was impeccable and the bed was very comfy. Easy to get to and a great location for us during our visit with friends. We also grabbed a bite to eat and the food was delicious! The smasher burger was so good. I’m a sucker for potato buns. I’m still dreaming about the golden rose drink! Next time we go visit our friends, we are definitely staying! Thank you for a great stay!

Close to the Airport and very convenient. Never used this brand before and will definitely be adding it as one of my favorites when I'm in Chicago. Meeting rooms are well maintained and have great lighting. Bar onsite has great wine selection!

We stayed here as a stopover between long travel days. The desk staff was warm and welcoming, asking us exactly where in the hotel we wanted to stay and delivering. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. They have an efficient shuttle to and from the airport which we used. Also enjoyed the restaurant inside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again in similar circumstances.

The hotel, location and room are very nice, well decorated and comfortable night sleep. What really let down the rating was the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on arrival. We had called twice, spoke with the front desk to arrange the pickup, and was instructed to wait in 2E at ORD. The shuttle will arrive in 20 min. When the shuttle drove past, not even close to the 2E pickup zone, we called again to arrange pickup. The reception even asked for my number, I had provided it, stating it was international, and was assured it was OK. After 30 min, the shuttle again drove past, not even close to the 2E zone. We ended up taking an Uber, which was extremely disappointing when waiting for an hour for a shuttle that was clearly never going to stop. The service with the shuttle to the airport was fast and efficient luckily. The service that is offered is extremely unreliable, and I see it is earning a poor reputation, despite the great location and rooms the hotel has to offer.
