I really enjoyed my stay at prince gate. Was pleasantly surprised there was a SPA, thermal pool and they gave a first floor room so it was easy for my elderly parents to enter the property.

Room was very disappointing. We thought we would be staying in the original hotel building however our room was in an additional newer building down the road. The room has a poor layout, furniture was worn, carpet was dirty, curtain rail rusting, poor tiling and painting. Did not have the historic special feeling we expected. Photos looked 4 stars, room looked 1 star in the flesh. The room was expensive compared to other options in town. We couldn't believe it and wanted to cancel our 2nd night. Staff were great but the room was not what we wanted

I love this hotel. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when it comes to old and vintage hotel. But when I entered the hotel, I found the hotel is quite special and unique. Yes, it’s old and vintage but it is also well-maintained. For the room, I like it because it has big windows including bathroom and the sunshine can get through. For the location, I like it because it is so close to the central bus stop, Eatery Streets and Polynesian Spa. Because I don’t drive so location is very important to me. Like many other places in NZ, this hotel seems to be short staffed too. But the staff still did the best to serve. They are nice and friendly. I wish I could stay in the hotels for a few more couples and enjoyed the unique atmosphere there. I would stay again if ever I go to Rotorua.

Situated in the center of town. Within walking distance to the lake and eat street. The suite has an old European charm.

挺有調調的一家老錢風酒店，緊挨着市政花園，步行穿過花園能一直走到湖邊，感覺很棒。 酒店的設施稍有一些老舊，沒有電梯需要自己把行李箱搬到二樓。 但整體而言是一次不錯的體驗。 尤其是魯託魯瓦真的是一座很漂亮的小鎮，有點沒逛夠。

酒店每天都會送牛奶，而且你衹要張嘴要，還能給兩瓶，哈哈哈哈。牙刷也是需要主動找前台要，但是拖鞋是真的沒有。食物也可以找前台加熱。而且前台會告訴你最便宜的黃色超市怎麼走，總之服務也是不錯的。

差不多上百年歷史的酒店，古典的氛圍。二時辨理入住，房間偏少沒有19方，可能是包括浴室及門外走廊？關門變成沒有窗户，開門又缺乏私隱，好在樓底超高所以不是太太焗束。要訂經典房以上级別的房間。服務不错，訂了一小時私人湯，也可以浸公共池不需預訂，不用另外收費。早餐不過不失。職員很👍棒。 酒店位於市中心，近Polynesian Spa，旅遊中心，食街，公園等等，不租車也不用担心出行，如泊車在正正酒店門外要付費，但側邊就免費，而酒店以內車位只有幾個。 如果喜歡舊日英式風情的同學，可以來住一兩個晚上。
