J'ai réservé une chambre d'exécutif avec balcon, il dit en ligne qu'il y avait un climatisation, ce qui a motivé la réservation de cette chambre de type studio depuis cette semaine, la République tchèque était à 30+° la semaine entière. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h et nous sommes allés directement à leur restaurant, nous n'avons vérifié l'aircondition que lorsque nous sommes revenus à la chambre. Il n'était pas en service. Nous avons demandé de l'aide et le récepteur ne sait pas comment nous aider. J'avais pris des médicaments hormonaux qui réellement chauffent mon corps en induisant un état préménauposal, donc j'avais besoin d'air conditionné mal. Il était trop tard pour emballer et nous cherchions un autre hôtel coz nous étions si fatigués que j'essayais de dormir avec le fan qui n'était pas assez parce qu'il était plus chaud la nuit. À l'expiration de mon mandat, j'ai demandé une compensation, qui était une tête en négociation, je me suis même demandé si ils pouvaient juste prixer la chambre comme la chambre standard et me donner un remboursement mais le superviseur voulait utiliser le prix pour le jour suivant, qui était encore plus élevé que Ils ont offert 10% de réduction mais seulement à être remboursés lorsque nous restons une autre nuit. Ils ont demandé à déposer le même montant que nous avons payé en ligne lors de l'enregistrement et il y a deux semaines et l'argent n'a pas été remboursé. Il était très stressé et ne vaut pas la peine de rester !
