My 8 stay at Cheval Phoenix. Always great experience there in terms of stocking the place with food to last you a few days and location is great. Rooms are nice and large compared to any hotel room and nice to have a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Too bad the place will be closed starting feb 2023 for refurbishment.

Absolutely stunning hotel on a beautiful location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to leaving the hotel - the service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to our requests. We loved it and cannot wait to visit again.

I stayed at Cheval Phoenix House for two months as part of my relocation to the UK and I must say it has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation is great at a central location very close to Sloane Square station. A major reason behind such a great experience was the front staff with a special call out to Alex! Of all my years of staying at hotels and serviced apartments I have rarely ever met someone as hospitable and helpful as Alex. He always went out of his way to help and make this a wonderful experience for me!

Highly recommend, lovely spacious and clean apartment, great location, close to the tube, quiet area, front of house staff lovely and approachable, local to bars and shops and restaurants, quick to get across London.

The room was super .. the design is fantastic.. the staff was superior and helpful and professional .. the apartment location is the best .. quiet district .. lovely atmosphere.. many good restaurants around

The Phoenix House is an small building in a small street across the fancy Sloane Street. Near the elegant fashion icons at Sloane Street and the cozy and cool Kings Road, a couple of blocks away. Far from the crowd of Oxford and Piccadilly, one can feel the London of the Good Times when you could find Jagger having a pizza at Kings road or Clapton living where today is a pizza place.

Exceptional. Hesitant to say too much more about it as I want to stay again when I'm next in London and frightened I won't be able to get a room. They thought of everything. From check-in to check-out they didn't put a foot wrong. Well done. Go and teach the French how to run a hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Check in was very easy. The front desk crew are all very positive and polite. Lots of local knowledge. I felt like I was part of the family. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
