Panorama Allgäu Spa Resort

My husband and I stayed at Panorama in the first week of April 2025 for the first time, and we were very impressed. + The hotel is really breathtaking -- the junior suite, the lobby, bar, spa area, the pools, and dining area are clean and modern. The public areas look like they came out of a design magazine... clean but also inviting, and well thought-out. There was also a well-equipped yoga room that I could use at certain hours of the day. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The variety and quality of the food was great, the variety of soft drinks at the dining area as well as spa area (and dried fruits and nuts at the spa area) were nice to have. We were never hungry or thirsty during our stay. + The location is really ideal for a wellness vacation. It's so peaceful and there's nothing much around except a farm, but it's also not far away from sightseeing spots/tourist attractions. Luckily, the weather cleared up during our last two days and we could enjoy the spectacular undisturbed view of the mountains. + We liked that despite the relatively late check-in and relatively early check-out times, we were allowed to enjoy the lunch buffet and use the spa/wellness area before checking in and after checking out. The spa/wellness area (both the textile and textile-free area) are modern, clean, and spacious enough for everyone. There is always enough towels and enough places in the Ruheraum. (We were there during the off-season.) + Personally I like that the owners don't shy away from technology here, which I find really uncommon for German hotels, especially those located in the countryside. For example, having robots that take dirty plates to the kitchen; having a hotel app to independently book spa bookings/birthday surprises, read the Morgenpost, find tips for activities, etc. -- and it's even accessible via the phone browser, so I don't even have to install anything. I rarely see that in Germany, so it's nice to see that the owners are keeping up with the times while adjusting the technology to the local context accordingly. Admittedly I was a little bit suspicious of the very high ratings, but I can confirm that the hotel really does live up to the reviews. Before I went, I read many of the reviews including those with 4 stars and less, and I'm impressed to find that many of the suggestions proposed by past guests were taken seriously. I noticed many things during my stay which reflected/resulted from these suggestions, like the welcome drink and farewell gift, the multiple pools, completely separated textile- and textile-free areas, the availability of the soft drinks until 17:00, to name a few. For the future, I would like to suggest the following points for improvement: - The pillows in the bedroom were too soft for my taste. The receptionist kindly offered me a different pillow which was smaller, but still a little too soft in the end. It would be great to offer more options in the future. The bed was also a bit too ha

Did not live up to internet presentations. Ultra modern refitted hotel with too much hard wood fittings. No soft furnishings to promote relaxed atmosphere. Reception was large corporate style layout, not exactly welcoming. Lounge/bar area had no views and furnished with very low uncomfortable seating. Bedding was very comfortable but too much space was given over to the bathroom area. Inside and outside pools quite small nad not really an infiniti pool as it was surrounded by external water, not allowed to be used. Not enough sun bathing area , umbrellas to cope with amount of rooms. Food ok but not wonderful and menus only available on QR code, with no english translation. Buffet style meals on 3 nights and other 4 nights only main course was served. Really meant buffet style meals all week, not what you would expect for the price. Big negative was the the ssue of flys. Constantly around the hotel, over the food area (uncovered ) and were a total pest when sitting on your balcony as hotel is next door to a working farm. Room was constantly too hot at 25+C. The hotel has implemented a new style of room temperature control system ( not AC ) which just did not work with no help given from reception.

Auch bei unserem siebten Besuch waren wir mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit der Angestellten sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die angenehme Atmosphäre genossen. Der Wellnessbereich ist großzügig angelegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal und unglaublich leckerem Essen den ganzen Tag über. Absolut empfehlenswert ❤️ auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Joggen und für Wanderungen oder ausgedehnte Spaziergänge im der Natur.

Einfach nur traumhaft! Das PANORAMA Allgäu Spa Resort hat uns von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert. Wir haben schon einige Wellnesshotels besucht, aber keines kommt an dieses heran. Der Blick auf die Alpen ist atemberaubend – so eine Kulisse sieht man nicht jeden Tag! Der Service war perfekt, das Essen unglaublich lecker, und überall war es makellos sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Der Spa-Bereich ist riesig und einfach wunderschön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
