很好的家庭酒店，家庭房間很大並且還有空調！！房間十分乾淨，就是洗手間有點小。家庭酒店服務十分周到並且很熱情！值得推薦！

Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.

Our family of four enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The owner of the hotel warmly welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. We were able to park in the lot behind the hotel and found it to be a big enough spot for our mid-sized crossover. We stayed in the family room that spanned two floors. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great assortment of food; we really enjoyed it! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for five nights last week. We had the comfort suite right at the top of the hotel. We can not fault this hotel at all. Wonderful room, split over two floors. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is outstanding. Very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Staff cannot do enough for you. We will definitely go back. A traditional German hotel close to the Christmas market and shops. We did not eat at the hotel but had drinks in the evening, a lovely cosy atmosphere.

The meal was fantastic. It was Spargel season and the kitchen really knew how to prepare it. I was a bit late, and officially the restaurant was closed. I asked if they were willing to serve the Spargel which was advertised on their board. They agreed to seat me and served me outside. The table provided a wonderful, unobstructed view of the church. A few steps away was the Gutenberg Museum housing 2 of Gutenberg's Bibles (B42) . The restaurant, dated back to 1594 and was connected with the oldest hotel in town, the Hotel Schwan. The owners / hosts were incredibly friendly, as were the servers. The Spargel was perfectly prepared—tender and tasty. If you are visiting the Mainz city center, I highly recommend you make a stop at the Hotel Schwan and AltDeutsche Weinstube.

Gute Lage, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt und Rhein. Sehr freundliches Personal sowie morgens beim Frühstück und Abends beim Essen. Sehr große Frühstücksauswahl mit allem was man sich wünscht. Möglichkeit das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen im Innenhof zu genießen. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Ruhig in den Innenhof gelegen. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Toiletten / Bad Tür aus Milchglas (diesen Trend verstehen wir einfach nicht)

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip an einem Wochenende in der Altdeutschen Weinstube und hatten in einem Arrangement in den Französischen Wochen ein Menü mit Weinbegleitung inklusive. Es war wirklich ein großartiges Erlebnis zu einem äußerst fairen Preis! Unser Zimmer lag zum Hof und war daher sehr ruhig. Es war neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr nett, kompetent und freundlich. Gern Wieder!
