This is far the best hotel in the chain . All staff should go there for training on how to interact with customers its always a pleasure

The hotel is in amazing position for Liverpool with easy transport via train with the station only being a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is clean with good parking and the staff are amazing. Stacey made the visit with her customer care and friendliness being second to non. Our second night was a Friday and the hotel was busy. Stacey and Tom worked their socks off. There was only the two of them which I think is a poor effort from Premier Inn allowing there to be only two staff for the evening with no cook and the hotel being so busy. Stacey and Tom where not phased and took it all in there stride but where incredibly over works. I would definitely use this hotel again but I think Premier Inn need to have a look their staffing and not allow only two members to be working on a busy Friday. Thanks again Stacey and all of the other Premier Inn Birkenhead head staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Thomas Batty was an exceptional member of stuff very helpful and pleasant. When we needed assistance to find pharmacy he pointed us in the right direction without his kindness we would have had to abandon our stay

The room was clean and very comfortable I slept really well. The staff are excellent very cheerful friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. On site parking was another plus - this was really convenient for a night out in Liverpool.

Ok hotel great staff. Rooms are really basic and we had no cold water. Staci who works there is amazing and made us feel really welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. She gave us a great service experience. The beds where ok we had a few issues but overall ok
