Bad experience, when my family member sitting in toilet and asking for water then there is no words to explain about this property. Local tabs, showers, toiletries are bad

Clean spacious room and toilet. Location on the highway makes it very convenient for travelers. Excellent food with superb service.

Ok so after having a stay of 2 days in heritage haveli. I had a good stay here, the food was very delicious, do have their mushroom do pyaza vegetable & pineapple raita . The property is situated in a very soothing place. Do visit if anybody is travelling to Himachal pradesh. Could visit & relish the food 🍲

The staff was very welcoming and responsive. However the mattress was sagging and the foam had softened making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The branding as heritage is completely misleading - it is just built to look like a haveli from outside.

Staff has no manners & when I was complaining to the so called manager he was just nodding his head as if he was a sarkari person whose job is most secure It’s about time they changed otherwise the times are not far when there will be a no show by the public at this place Food was very average Even basic etiquettes like laying thr table was missing
