L'hôtel est très idyllique sur la mer de Czos et dispose d'un accès direct au lac. Idéal pour les clients qui souhaitent faire une promenade sur une route bien développée. Le centre-ville est situé à environ 2,5 km et le supermarché le plus proche est à environ 1,5 km. Les chambres sont adéquates et facilement équipées. Il n'y a pas eu de contestation sur la propreté. Je voudrais souligner ici le repas qui a toujours été riche et délicieux, mais malheureusement, il y a eu moins de belles impressions et d'expériences. Dans le restaurant et son personnel de service, une employée nous a été très mal amicale, voire malhonnêtement négative. Cette dame a parlé très bien et sans accent en allemand et, selon mes recherches, est un environnement direct de gestion des hôtels. L'absence de fleurs typiques de courtoisie, comme «seigneur» ou «gratuit», ainsi que l'accueil ont été faits toute la semaine, et je voudrais donner un autre exemple. Au pain de soir, un maître âgé, qui avait des problèmes visibles à cause de restrictions physiques, était devant moi pour atteindre les lèvres très profondes. Je l'ai aidé et je l'ai élevé un peu de haut pour lui faciliter la prise. J'ai été ensuite attaquée de manière immédiate et avec un ton brutal. Nous voulons encore une fois souligner que tous les autres membres du personnel de service sont exclus de cette critique. Tout est gentil, préventif et poli. Bien sûr, nous n'avons pas seulement fait ces expériences négatives. En conséquence, une grande partie de notre groupe a quitté le « Mazurien » le soir et a préféré faire passer la soirée dans l'hôtel voisin, sur une belle terrasse. Je ne peux pas, par exemple, faire une recommandation pour le « Mazurien ». La situation n'est pas toujours suffisante...

C'est là que vous reviendrez chargé d'une bonne énergie, où vous vous reposerez et ce qui est important (!) vous mangerez très délicieux ... Petit déjeuner - une table suédoise, qui, malgré le long désordre de la nourriture. Pastes délicieuses, salades, vos propres raisins, fromage dans cette cuisine (avec émeralde noire!), poissons fumés, champignons marinés, ... pouvaient avoir si longtemps ... tout dîner frais et important local - divers et vraiment très délicieux. Les plats de la carte - parce que vous pouvez également manger dans le restaurant - équilibrées et surprenantes combinaisons de goûts, frais et se sentant préparés avec des ingrédients de très bonne qualité Chambres - propres et confortablement équipées. Service - utile et sympathique, je pourrais les décrire comme des piles de ce lieu extraordinaire, et je n'ai pas traité de tels employés qui sont impliqués dans mon travail depuis longtemps.
