"What I liked, was the location, friendly and helpful receptionists, everything was working well. The room is bit oldschool, but is tidy and clean.. I can just say the pillow and mattress was not so comfortable. Breakfast is in the main building, what can be for some people not convenient, if you will get room in the other one. It is quite big area. I did not find any information about sauna, it was written there it is time for men (5pm - 8pm), is there no time for women? At the end I did not have time to use it, but would be nice, to have some explanation. The location is very good, you can just grab your bike, skis, snowshoes and go for your adventure. Would love to stay more, two nights were not enough. Add:I think they have huge x-mas tree whole year in the main building 😀."

"Stayed for just one night. The hotel has a good atmosphere and there are many guests. The environment is also very good. The decoration of the room is relatively old and there is a small terrace. Maybe it has been opened for a long time."

"C'est le seul hôtel que j'ai trouvé peu propre lors de mon voyage de deux semaines en Europe du Nord. Le lit sentait mauvais, il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre et il fallait aller dans le hall. Le hall était éloigné des chambres et le bar était ouvert 24h/24, ce qui était un peu bruyant."

"Worst hotel experience ever. The reception of this hotel is 500 meters away from where we actually stayed, but the hotel didn't give any advance notice. We dragged our suitcases to the door of the room and called without the key. We had to walk back to get the key. Normally, you may think that walking back is okay, but this is Finland with thick snow at minus 20 degrees Celsius! The recetion is in a supermarket. There is no sign at the door. I can only call the front desk to ask. The front desk has a very bad attitude. They point at people's noses and say I hope you can behave yourself. They also refuse to admit that it is their work error and ask me to go. and platform complaint. I stayed one night and had to leave the next day. When I was packing my luggage, a woman turned the key in without knocking and shouted "out now!" I asked what was wrong with giving me some time to pack, and she said she had to leave in 10 minutes. All in all, a very, very bad attitude and a very poor experience. The front desk and staff have very poor English and cannot understand human speech."
