Finishing our long trip in the country, finally arriving at Brasov. The Hotel HP Tower One ( the old name is Ramada) was a wonderful surprise. The room was excellent like space, a very good bed and pillows. I had the best sleep here. Coffee, tea and refrigerator. Very good and clean bathroom. We ate our dinner in a wonderful restaurant and the food was excellent. In the morning the breakfast was very good in a large space. I recommend this hotel if you in Brasov.

I’ve been there with my mom for a weekend and I break my tooth in the pork scratchings. The restaurant supervisor was nice and apologetic but the head Chef accused me for having bad teeth . He also told me that he’s having some food ingredients that he’s buying them from other providers and he’s not responsible for it. He kept the rest of pork scratching over night in white bowl wrapped in cling film and told me that the scratchings are soft ( after it got softer over night ) .It looks like nobody knows what to do and I’ve been treated like nothing happened. I’m just curious now after what happened with my broken tooth if someone with a bad allergy is coming and something will happen, they will act on the same idea like they did to me ? Never go back to that place

What a lovely place to stay. This boutique hotel was in such a great location, close to everything in the old town. Just a short walk to some lovely traditional restaurants. The cable car is very close as are all the historic buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and smells divine. Large rooms and great showers. It feels very modern and new with lots of attention to detail. You can control all the lighting and temperature. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Si je pouvais lui donner 10 étoiles, je le ferais! Le bâtiment lui-même est situé dans le lieu parfait à Brașov, je ne pouvais pas demander mieux! Il est plein de caractère et de charme, les chambres sont très spacieuses et le décor convient parfaitement au charme de l'hôtel! Les lits sont très doux et confortables, j'ai dormi comme sur une nuée ! Nous avons également dîné au loft de Wagner et c'était la plus délicieuse de tous les jours, je suis vraiment content que nous n'ayons pas décidé de manger dans l'un des nombreux endroits, il aurait été honteux de manquer cette bijoux! Mais bien que ce soit beaucoup de choses que je apprécie à propos de Casa Wagner, les diamants absolus de ce lieu sont le personnel!! Les personnes les plus amicales, attentives, utiles qui font vraiment ce lieu briller! Ils obtiennent le 5⭐ supplémentaire pour le prendre à 10! De Wagner's Loft - Sorina, la fille avec beaucoup de tatouages et la fille avec les cheveux roses, ainsi que le récepteur de l'hôtel (longs, bruns et bracelets), ont été spectaculaires! J'espère qu'ils auront un grand bonus, ils l'ont certainement gagné! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Je ne peux pas attendre maintenant pour aller à Casa Wagner à Sighisoara le prochain vacances!!

We chose Aro Palace for our trip to Brasov first and foremost due its excellent location, about 10 minutes away (walking) from the main square in the old city center, Piata Sfatului. We had a very good 4-night stay, although when we arrived we were disappointed because the hotel and the rooms are somewhat dated (both the furniture as well as the walls, carpets, decorations etc) and didn’t look as new and fancy as we would have liked. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and quickly solved our requests, so in the end we decided the pros outweight the cons and managed to have a lovely time. The rooms are large and comfortable, if you look past the dated aspect, and they are equipped with everything a 4-star hotel should provide its guests. A few things here though: 1) our room did not have enough outlets, and none was available next to the nightstands - perhaps this is something the management could take into account for the next renovation; 2) there is no information in the rooms about the room service menu or the hotel amenities - I think having that sort of information available via a smart TV like most modern hotels have nowadays would be a big plus. 3) there is no place to leave towels and bathing suits to dry - the hotel has an optional room cleaning policy, which is quite nice and thoughtful to the environment, however, without a proper way to dry towels and bathrobes so that they can be reused, you are forced to ask for these to be refreshed daily. 4) the rooms and especially the bathrooms should be cleaned a little bit better - this is subjective, but in my opinion, comparing to similar hotels in the same price range I’ve stayed at, others do a much better job at cleaning mold and grime from all surfaces. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good, quality ingredients and excellent coffee - definitely better that similar hotels in the same price range. The rooms are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, which is nice but also quite surprising, due to the contrast with the old-fashioned decor. We didn’t use the spa but we visited the pool - there are actually two, a small one for kids, that seemed to be heated, and a larger one, very decent size, that starts at 1.3 meters and reaches 2+ meters in depth at the far end. The spa & pool are not reserved for hotel guests only, and when we visited there was a group of people taking swim lessons and some college kids hanging around. The elevator takes you directly to the pool, which is good because you don’t need to parade in your bathrobe and slippers through the main lobby (unlike other hotels). As a downside, the pool area could be cleaned better as well - the small pool had areas on the bottom where black grime was visible between tiles. The hotel has 4 elevators, which meant we never had to wait for more than a few seconds. The WiFi had decent speed and coverage throughout the hotel. Laissez-nous commencer par adresser l'hôtel, toutes les bonnes et bien entretenues, un spa avec une petite piscine intérieure et 2 Jacuzzi extérieur. Le thématique de la boisson est étonnant, et il a été intéressant de maintenir les bouquets de fleurs visibles sur tous les balcons. Je n'ai pas encore vu le même niveau de petit déjeuner, n'importe où j'ai encore été. Vous êtes détruit par des choix jusqu'au point où vous ne savez pas quoi choisir. Vous vous sentez comme avoir des noix? Bien sûr! Les fruits, comme 10 types, les fruits à la source de chocolat, les noix, le miel, la station d'omélette, une jambe de Serrano entière, vous pourriez couper. Je dirais que le menu entier était composé d'au moins 100 articles différents, de la boulangerie aux fruits et aux épices.

L'hôtel est à 1PM, la chambre était prête. Attention à avoir un petit cadeau de bienvenue de certains sponsors dans la chambre. Toiles changent quotidiennement, savon liquide disponible, eau chaude pour la douche. Il n'a pas eu la salle de balcons en raison de l'absence de disponibilité, mais la vue était encore bonne. La maison de l'hôtel est très bien, mais elle n'a pas été très bien. Le Jonut au bar cocktail est très aimable et vous peut vous donner quelques recommandations pour quelque chose de nouveau. La seule question que j'ai est que la piscine n'a pas été suffisamment chauffée pour mon goût et je ne suis pas vraiment le genre de personne qui congele dans une piscine chauffée de 21 degrés.
