Renovated in April 2019, our well-equipped guest house backs to quiet green space and offers a private patio with gas fire table. The space is equipped with everything you need for a weekend, a week, or a longer stay. Newly renovated with a "back to the studs" remodel completed in April 2019, the guesthouse has central heat and air, in-suite washer and dryer, quartz counter tops, white kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances. The modern bathroom with a spacious walk in shower boasts a luxurious rain shower head and lighted mirror over the vanity. The bedroom has a queen bed and black out shades behind the light filtering shades to allow you sleep in, if that's your jam. High end linens and a curated design will make you feel as if you've booked a swanky resort room! The living area has comfortable modern furniture and a flat screen TV. We provide a Roku with Netflix and DIRECTV NOW, which means you can watch what you want, when you want. The upgraded sound system with sound bar means a movie in is almost as good as a movie out.
