Hôtels près de Museu Faller de Gandia, Safor

Hemos estado mi pareja y yo la última semana de julio. El trato genial,muy familiar, muy agradables todos los empleados. Un chill out muy agradable y el trato de los chicos que lo llevan muy bueno. Buena limpieza y siempre pendientes. La próxima vez que podamos ir volveremos seguro.

L'hôtel est petit mais élégant. La chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez vous amuser à l'hôtel. Nous étions un peu déçus qu'il n'y avait pas de petite table à côté du fauteuil. C'est utile. Il n'y avait pas de panneaux dans le réservoir. Un réservoir double avec 4 lingots de vêtements, mais pas de panneaux et de tiroirs est un peu puni. L'hôtel est très calme, même si elle permet aux chiens. La location est à quelques pas du port et du début de la promenade et il y a un certain nombre de restaurants et de cafés, paniers et un Mais y Más à proximité. Lorsque vous allez à des restaurants près de vous, vous devez noter qu'ils ouvrent très tard le soir (7.30 au plus tôt) et demander des prix à la pointe. Nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin de maison pour un certain prix à dire seulement après un certain temps que seul le plus cher était disponible. C'est arrivé dans 2 restaurants différents Le café à l'angle fait beau tostades pour le petit déjeuner, il est juste sur la route. Plusieurs plats dans une rue latérale qui mènent à une place plus ou moins sur la rue, de la chambre Superior de l'hôtel au 4ème étage avec plafond élevé (stops de levage au 3ème étage) est spacieux avec une belle terrasse Si vous apportez votre chien, Vous paiez un dépôt de 30 € au début de votre séjour, qui sera remboursé si votre chien n'a pas fait de dommage

Hoy día 17 de agosto sigo alojada en el hotel y estoy muy decepcionada. Llegamos el día 13 y la madrugada del 15 nos hemos empezado a encontrar mal del estómago con vómitos y diarreas. Cuando bajamos a pedir dieta blanda para subir a habitación nos dicen que puede haber sido un corte digestión, pero da la casualidad que hay más personas en la misma situación, por lo que sospechamos que ha sido una intoxicación alimentaria. Hay un montón de afectados hemos hablado con el director y en vez de estar en tono conciliador, pedir disculpas y dar soluciones, ha sido todo lo contrario. Actitud defensiva, gritando y echando balones fuera (que no nos hemos puesto guantes en el buffet para coger las pinzas de la comida cuando ni los propios camareros los llevan puestos.....). Ha llegado a salir de la sala dejándonos con la palabra en la boca y diciendo que nos atendía uno por uno más tarde.(DIRECTOR MALEDUCADO Y NO APTO PARA EL PUESTO)Varias personas hemos llamado al 112 y se ha personado la policía, nos han cogido datos personales y hemos presentado hojas de reclamaciones. CASO APARTE, LA COMIDA ES MUY REPETITIVA Y DE MALA CALIDAD. EN LOS ASCENSORES HAY PEGATINAS DE REVISIONES DESFAVORABLES DICIENDO QUE DEBEN REPARARLOS ANTES DEL 29/5/23 (NO SE SI ESTO ESTARÁ SOLUCIONADO) NO MERECE 4 ESTRELLAS. HAY ALGUNA COSA BUENA PERO TODO ESTO LAS HA EMPAÑADO Y POR SUPUESTO NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. ESTO PUEDE PASAR EN CUALQUIER LUGAR PERO TIENEN QUE ESTAR A LA ALTURA DE SOLUCIONARLO.

We visited in July 2022. You have to be aware this area is predominantly holiday spot/area for the Spanish, so the use of the English language is limited. Many local restaurants do not have Emglish translations for their menus. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. My wife and I speak basic Spanish and our daughter is fluent. That said the lady on reception when we checked in did speak a little English. The rooms were very comfortable, not overly luxurious, room amenities were a TV, fridge and safe. Rooms had wifi service. The pool was never that busy, in fact it was pretty deserted until the late afternoon. Due to the proximity to the hotel and other nearby hotels, if you want to sizzle in the sun you will have to move your sunbed at some point. It was in the 40 degrees during our stay, as Spain was in the middle of a heatwave There was a manned bar a few yards from the pool and several tables and seat should you wish to sit and have a coffee. In fairness this is not really the hotel for anyone who just wants a sit by the pool all day holiday. We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really good, a mix of hot and cold fair (again very Spanish but totally delicious). The is a small super market a few minutes walk and a ton of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The town does get really busy at night especially the beach area, loads of shops open in the evening and we found some of the more popular restaurants we booked the day or two before visiting to be assured a table. The big question is would we go there again. The answer is we are already booked in for 2023 as for us this hotel was perfect. Yes there are larger and more luxurious hotels in Gandia but they are also a lot more expensive, without really adding that much, unless you really need a spar.
