Extremely friendly reception. All staff very helpful and accommodating. Room clean and well equipped. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Ample wash supplies. Would be happy to stay in the future.

We loved everything about our stay at The Premier Inn, St Davids. The room, staff and food were all excellent and its location was perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and are already planning a return visit.

We have just got back from 2 nights at this Premier Inn in a Premier Plus room. There was no one around in the Reception area when we arrived (albeit at 2.45pm) so sat and waited with 2 other couples. Once 3pm arrived, we went and checked in on the machine (there was only 1 check in machine working out of 2) and a member of staff had just arrived. Room very clean and quiet with a nice view over the sports field. Evening meals and breakfasts were very good. I have to mention Megan here who looked after us in the dining room so well. I have a shellfish allergy and she was fantastic. Cannot praise her enough. One small gripe is the toilet paper....it doesn't even feel 1 ply. To summarise..... clean and fresh building and rooms, Megan amazing, good choice of meals but take your own loo roll!

Travelled in a group of ten people mostly adults driving around Wales. Convenient location. Staff were polite and very helpful...from those checking in to those serving at breakfast. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking. Would stay again.

I stay in premiere inns all over the country and they are becoming expensive and grubby places to stay and so I have been staying in spa hotels that are cheaper and far better unfortunately I had to book this hotel and found it exceptional I thought I was the first person to stay in my room only to find out the hotel is three years old I honestly thought it was brand new This hotel is stunning the staff are excellent especially the cleaning staff senior management and executives should be trained by these people then perhaps premier inns could improve

Great stay, probably best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in. Staff welcoming, helpful and efficient. Check-in machine so easy. Hotel clean and comfortable, nice restaurant/bar area with good food at reasonable prices. Ample free parking. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and pillows. Stayed in Premier+ room and was great to have a fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom great with lovely rainfall shower. Highly recommend.
