Welcome to "Tanner Shores!" This CHARMING and COMFORTABLE beach bungalow features a large open living and dining concept for great family gatherings, a spacious kitchen with ample counter space for meal prepping and three bedrooms. The Master suite is a King with tub and shower combo off of the living room. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom, a Queen. Multiple flat panel smart TV's with NETFLIX capability, help add to your family enjoyment indoors! We also invite you to enjoy our fabulous outdoor area around the private pool. There is even a small kiddie pool which spills over into the main pool. Sorry the pool is not jetted or heated at this time. There is a gas grill (Blackstone) located in the laundry room below for your use. The other two doors to your adjacent right are not for guest use please do not try to open. Please remember to clean and place back after your stay for the next guest! If striking out to the beach is your forte, you are only 2 blocks from the 10th street walk over and you can be there in less than 10 minutes. You can see the walk over from the drive! For those evening sunset walks, try the access on Pine through State protected property to access the white sand beach on the Bay located one block West on the corner of 9th street and Pine. We supply an initial supply of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom with bathroom can liners. In the kitchen we will leave one roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge with 3 to 4 dish towels, several kitchen trash can liners as well as a jar of Finish dishwasher tabs and a liquid Palmolive or Dawn dishwashing soap for your convenience. Coffee filters for the regular coffee maker are also supplied. Upon Arrival...our surveillance cameras go off for your privacy! Also please note that when you drive into the carport, the door facing you is the laundry room, NOT the entry door to the house. Go through the lattice gate on your left and follow the steps to the front (Bayside) entryway. The lift is NOT available for guest use, we apologize. Please do NOT tamper with the pool timers or valves under the porch, should you have an issue with the pool being low or requiring service, please call the property manager for assistance. Water This property was beautiful! And awesome to stay at! I only have one complaint and that’s the water pressure in the showers. But over all it was an awesome stay!

Awesome Memories made at Tanner Shores!!! This property was a perfect retreat for our family! We loved the pool so much and used it a lot due to the weather being less than perfect the first part of the week. Home was clean and wonderfully furnished with everything we needed. Host was very communicative and answered any questions we had! Would love to visit Tanner Shores again in the future!!

Tanner Shores ... Awesome This was not my first time to say at Tanner Shores and hopefully not my last. I love the location and the privacy. The house is nestles in palm trees and has a privacy fence around the pool area. It is only a short walk to the beach and a lot of beach accessories are included. This home really has everything I love and need for the week. It has been my go to house in SGI!. Thanks for having me!

Relaxing Paradise!! Loved everything about Tanner Shores. So peaceful and relaxing. Much needed. Some family didn’t get to come so we had plenty of room. Spacious kitchen. We’ll equipped. Loved the screened in porch most of all! walk to beach was a hop and a skip! Much needed exercise. Already talking about staying there again. Hated to leave , 2weeks was not enough! But my home was calling!!!

Best Beach Home Hands Down It is a great property especially if you have fur babies . The house is set up perfect with outdoor fencing to keep the dogs safe and secure . Very clean home and beautiful pool area . Perfect !
