The host warned us that she won't be able to welcome us the day of our arrival, which is not an issue when well organized, it turned up that the alarm was not deactivated when we opened the main door, this lead us to stay outside with our luggage for more than 10mn with a negative temperature, When we finally managed to reach our room, no lights nor heaters were turned up, and a vacuum cleaner was in the middle of the corridor. The same evening around 10.30pm, we had the surprise to be waken up by someone knocking at the door, we met the housekeeper asking us to switch room because we have been put in the wrong room by mistake, as if this could not have been waiting for the next day. When our stuffs were packed and finally ready to move, we have been told to wait for 10 more minutes in order for our room to be vacuumed. The next day, when we came back to the room after a day outside, we had the surprise to find hundreds of flies flying around every rooms, one of the flies even ended up landing in our soup. Last but not least, the day after, those hundred flies turned into dead bodies lying down everywhere in the apartment, we informed the owner who did not even take the time to reply us about that, it seems that she sent someone to clean the mess, but a large part of the flies have not been removed. On top of that, we stayed there for 3 nights but the shower gel and shampoo were not enough to provide to our needs, similar story for the coffee, only one filter was available, no tea bag or bottle of water were provided. To sum up, all the ingredients were there for us to enjoy our stay, as the mansion and the room itself were nicely decorated, but the lack of professionalism and help during our stay definitely ruined the whole experience.
