Hôtels près de Riverside Landing St. Charles County Park, Saint-Louis

Le type du bureau n'a pas parlé anglais. Après avoir retourné et sorti sur la carte que j'avais utilisée, nous avons finalement pu entrer. Juste pour aller dans la chambre et réaliser que notre unité AC était brisée (ceci était le premier jour de l'année, il était dans les années 70). En sortant de la porte pour demander un changement de chambre, ma fiancée m'a arrêté et m'a demandé si nous avions une salle de bains ? Il y avait une porte dans notre chambre, mais elle était fermée. Nous supposions que c'était la salle de bains. Alors j'ai demandé à ce sujet aussi. Le type de l'autre sort de l'étage, il a dit de nous attendre à quelqu'un d'autre. L'autre type est venu (il n'a pas parlé anglais) et a essayé de débloquer la porte alors que le premier a bloqué notre sortie de la chambre. Je me suis dit que nous avions besoin de notre argent et qu'il m'a demandé de ne pas nous laisser partir. J'ai finalement poussé ma fiancée à descendre les escaliers pour s'assurer qu'il n'avait rien fait de stupide. Il a couru les escaliers, presque l'a frappée, et essayé de nous faire rester. Maintenant, je suis absolument effrayé. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel, nous sommes en voiture et nous avons conduit à la maison. Nous avons terminé notre voyage tôt et j'ai manqué le jour de naissance de mon frère le lendemain, en raison de la façon dont j'étais écrasé. N'EST PAS ESTÉI ici!!!!!!!

I'll start with the positives of the stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice, and apologetic when I mentioned something. They did the best they could. It seemed like the front lobby was busy all of the time, and they were very attentive to the guests needs. I was however, a bit disappointed in this stay. I booked the stay for a quick weekend getaway with a friend. I had asked for the top floor, and a quiet room. The hotel was booked solid it seemed so we couldn't have a room the top floor. I booked on the 19th and our stay was for the 24th through the 26. The room we were given was an accessible room on the first floor facing the interstate. I didn't ask for an accessible room, so maybe we were placed there as a last resort. There was absolutely no quiet. The room next to, or across from, us had their television on all night long at what seemed to be full volume on our first night there. Around 4am, they finally turned the tv off. The noise from people in the hallway, the people walking by our window, the neighboring rooms tv and the interstate, made for a very not quiet stay. Maybe it is quieter on the other side of the hotel, but we had zero sleep the 24th. Cleanliness: When we arrived, there was hair on the sheets, and the bathroom floor was so sticky that I asked the front desk staff for towels so I could clean the bathroom floor. I am certain it was just too much cleaner, so I wet the towels in just water and wiped the floor clean of stickiness. Additionally the carpet coming into the room looked extremely dirty, and there was very clearly something on the carpet in between the beds. The carpet seemed so bad, that we tossed towels on the floor to walk on instead of walking on the carpet. The top of the refrigerator needed attention also, there was sugar or crumbs in the grooves on the top of the door. The breakfast area was not kept clean during the breakfast, the hot water for tea was cold, and the breakfast was very lack luster. My friend did say the waffles were delicious and I just had the frosted flakes and a banana. I did mention all of these things when I checked out, and the staff at the front desk was again very apologetic. I don't usually write reviews that are this critical. I think that with just a little more oversight, and cleaning or replacing the carpet, things would be improved quickly. The hotel was in a location that allowed easy, quick access to the historic main street shops and trail. We had a great time at the new Main Street Honkytonk, a good salad and sandwich at the Bike Stop, and we did use the 10% off coupon at Texas Roadhouse. Overall it was a good trip, but the hotel stay could have been better.

L'hôtel dispose d'un grand personnel qui vous traite toujours avec respect et est très amiable! Les chambres sont très spacieuses et disposent d'une cuisine si vous voulez cuisiner. Le réfrigérateur de taille complète m'a économisé beaucoup d'argent! Merci pour un autre séjour incroyable et pour m'avoir fait sentir si spécial !

Le personnel de la chambre de front était super amical et utile à la fois le soir et le matin. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'options alimentaires à proximité, si vous n'êtes pas intéressés par qu'elles avaient des options de maison. Parcage est abondant, juste retourner si la frontière est pleine. Nous n'avons pas penché autour de l'hôtel, mais il y avait plusieurs lieux de rassemblement qui étaient bien préparés. La chambre était super propre, confortable et calme.

Salut, en général dans le passé ça n'a pas été trop mal mais malheureusement cette fois je dois dire quelque chose. La couette avait ce qui ressemblait à une tache de vomi séchée. Il y avait un couvercle d'enfant pour une boisson au jus au bord du lit. Le sol n'a pas été aspiré. Pour faire court... j'ai désinfecté la pièce parce qu'il le fallait... j'ai tout essuyé... et j'ai utilisé mes propres couvertures de la voiture. J'y ai amené ma mère qui souffre de démence et je voulais passer du temps avec elle. La machine à soda à notre étage était en panne. Pas de dosettes de café régulières .. 😔 Je pensais que quelqu'un devrait savoir.
