Hôtels près de Complexe sportif Pablo Neruda à Saint-Ouen

L' hôtel est le plus accueillant que nous ayons dû avoir séjourné à Paris avec enthousiasme et n'a pas duré longtemps . L'hôtel est comme un très mauvais hôtel pour les jeunes (pas que je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel) Mon mari a acheté ce paquet de E Dreams comme présent de Noël, la description de l' ”hôtel” était exagérée, donc décevante. Nous avons vu notre chambre , nous avons séjourné assez longtemps pour réserver un autre hôtel que je vais réviser plus tard. Tout ce que je pensais était le film ”Taken”

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très pratique Le métro est près de l'arrêt de bus est également proche. La tour Efelivo est à seulement 15 minutes en métro. Les chambres sont très propres. Mais un peu bruyant dû au fait qu'il y a beaucoup de visiteurs. C'est juste une chose, pas la commodité du wi fi est un peu faible. Le personnel est très poli. Excellent hôtel à quelques minutes du métro MAIRIE DE CLICHY. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Très propre, design contemporain au top, autant pour les chambres que pour le bâtiment lui-même. Literie haut de gamme (et c’est bien la première chose que j’attends d’un hôtel). Salle de bains très propre (douche très agréable) Petit-déjeuner complet, mais cher (16 euros)

Un 10/10 ! Petit havre de paix au milieu des puces de Saint Ouen. En rentrant, on déconnecte directement de la ville. Les chambres sont très confortables et décorées avec goût et pratique même pour un voyage d’affaire car bureau. En plus de cela, équipes serviables, avenantes et toujours le sourire. Mention spéciale pour la reception qui offre un super accueil et toujours dispo !! Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️

The hotel was pleasant and tidy, with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. The food was also quite enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel boasted a prime location, conveniently located near the metro. the staff's behavior left much to be desired. Despite arriving at 10AM, before the designated check-in time of 3PM, we requested an early check-in. The staff informed us that a room was available for an additional 50 euros, which we agreed to pay. When it came time to pay, we had the option to pay in dollars, but the receptionist insisted we pay in euros without a reasonable explanation. Once in our room, we noticed some dirt on the sheets and attempted to contact the front desk via phone, but it was out of order. We went to the front desk and requested new sheets, but the attendant said they couldn't change them until after two days. After further discussion, they eventually agreed to bring us new sheets, but they never arrived. This happened again the following day, with a different staff member, who promised to bring the sheets but also failed to deliver. For the entire six-day stay, the sheets were not changed. Additionally, we requested an iron and table but had to retrieve them ourselves from storage. Overall, our experience with the staff was unsatisfactory.

Hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité/prix à la périphérie de la ville. Les chambres sont très calmes et organisées, malgré leur petite taille, ce qui est normal à Paris. Le personnel est super attentionné. Le quartier n'est pas touristique, et les établissements ne parlent pas anglais. L'accès au métro est facile et se fait sur le même trottoir, en marchant 2 minutes sans traverser.

We booked hotel l’Avenir initially due to the good first impression of the clean modern rooms and bathrooms. We were not disappointed, a lovely little French café with rooms upstairs, but very professional, staff were lovely, location fabulous and the area lovely too. Hotel very modern. Key points: LOCATION we were warned by the taxi driver who picked us up from gare du Nord that the area we were going to was not the best at night and we should be careful, I would please ask you all to form your own opinion on the area as it is quaint and lovely and has a fabulous church and immaculate park next to the hotel, if I’m honest I suspect the taxi drivers warn every tourist of this to encourage them to use the paris taxi system and put money in their pocket, I’m sure there’s bad there like anywhere, but all we saw was good. There’s a Monop’ supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel which is open till 21:30 for buying whatever is needed as it is a substantial supermarket. There is food and cafe available in the hotel, and le montmartre bistro across the crossroads offers food and drinks also. TRANSPORT: transport connections, it is very close (across 1 road) to the local metro station - Garibaldi. From here you can easily reach any Paris attraction or destination with 1 change on the metro system, or 2 maximum. Only thing to be aware of is that on an evening on the way back to the hotel, the trains get very busy as the location of garibalidi station is on the University St-Denis line, so all the students travel back late on an evening. Buses also run from Garibaldi bus stop. ROOMS our room was spacious and had a tv, wardrobe, hard floors, bedside tables with lamps, and a small desk with a chair next to a plug socket. The room was modern and clean and bedding was fresh and beds made daily/housekeeping provided with toilet roll etc, extra blanket provided in the wardrobe. No fan provided or available. BATHROOM: We booked a room with a bathroom included (with WC) these are all on the 3rd floor, and doncoat €10 extra per night, rooms on floor 1 and 2 have a communal toilet, but do have hand washing and shower facilities in the rooms. Bathroom modern, clean, towels changed daily, toilet roll always full. GENERAL HOTEL There is NO LIFT, this was fine for us however it is advertised as having one, which is incorrect and the stairs are very steep. There is a disabled persons room available on the ground floor. You can access the hotel through the café until 12 midnight, after that you must use the side door which requires the daily code they will provide you with on check in. Staff friendly and speak a good amount of English dependant on who you get, can’t fault the staff. Free WIFI provided The hotel organises live music every night which is strictly finished by ten, we heard absolutely no noise after that time and the rooms were well soundproofed. Déçu de la propreté de la chambre des mégots sur la fenêtre tâche Tapie tuyaux qui fuit dans la douche , part contre accueil très agréable rien à dire , petit dej copieux sauf œuf brouillé à revoir industriels cotee pratique à cotee du stade , parking souterrain si vous réservez, après c est un 4 etoile on exige une propreté irréprochable de la chambre

Un hôtel tout neuf avec une déco très sympa. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, literie super (comme toujours chez Ibis) et un wc séparé de la SdB. Si vous venez avec des enfants, les chambres ne sont pas communicantes mais sont cependant côte à côte. Dans un quartier en totale rénovation, à 10 minutes à pied de la ligne 5 qui vous emmène directement en plein centre de Paris. Pour la Villette, vous pouvez même y aller à pied en longeant le canal de L’Ourq qui est tout aménagé. Bref un quartier en pleine gentrification dans lequel on se sent en sécurité. Le centre ccial accolé à l’hôtel semble abandonné MAIS il y a un resto de la chaîne IT qui est top et vous perlez de manger sur place de fait maison 😜 Bref, si vous cherchez un hôtel avec parking (10€/jour mais souterrain et très sage) et pas loin de Paris avec un super rapport qualité/prix n’hésitez pas !
