The Premiere on Soyuz-Pechatnikov Street overlooks the new stage of the Mariinsky Theatre (Mariinsky-2). Within walking distance are the Educational Center "Northern Capital", Choral Synagogue, University. Lesgaft, Admiralty Shipyards, Manege Exhibition Complex, St. Isaac's and St. Nicholas Cathedrals, Yusupov Palace, Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory. The advantage of the location is that we are located between Vasilyevsky Island (Lenexpo Exhibition Complex, Gavan) and Nevsky Prospekt.
The number of rooms "Premieres" on the street of Union of Printers includes 4 single, 8 double and 3 suites. Up to 35 guests can stay at a time.
In each room for you: TV, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator, bathroom with shower / bathtub, slippers and bath accessories, free Wi-Fi, kettle and tea accessories. In the lobby you can watch TV, warm up by the fireplace, a photocopier, an ironing board, an iron and a buffet, where you can always use a microwave oven, dishes, cutlery. In the closed courtyard there is a free parking lot.

這間酒店一言難盡！大家不要看到酒店高大上的名稱就覺得是一家不錯的酒店，你看酒店介紹的圖片裏是找不到這家酒店的，我們找了差不多一個小時才找到酒店小小的入口...，圖片里根本沒有真正的門臉照片。酒店沒有電梯，樓梯很窄，行李重的要做好準備了；房間窗户沒有紗窗，我們耗時一個多小時打蚊子還沒消滅乾淨！住了兩晚沒有衞生服務，我們自己收垃圾丟到門外；席夢思太軟，寢具真的太一般，水量小冷熱不均；Wifi質量差一個樓層一個，我住3樓，第二天Wifi還壞了...出現問題溝通也不順暢，基本都是不管。
俄羅斯之行住宿最差的就是這兩晚，其他地方都很好留下很好的印象，就是這聖彼得堡老城的酒店...
不知道酒店的好評是從哪裡來的，與價格完全不對應！
唯一的好處就是位置比較好，出行方便。

Очень любим путешествовать по России с молодым человеком. Выбраои для ночлега данный отель и не пожалели. Отличное расположение, свежий ремонт, чистота, доброжелательный персонал! Остановимся еще обязательно! Всем советую, не прогадаете:)

Уютный чистые номера, вежливый, заботливый персонал, который всегда подскажет и поможет. Несмотря на то что номера небольшие, укомплектованы всем необходимым. По утрам организуются завтраки, шведский стол, на котором можно как следует подкрепиться.

Очень уютный, по-семейному организованный отель. Бюджетно, но вполне достойный сервис. Главные достоинства - пешеходная доступность Мариинского театра, Юсуповского дворца, нескольких исторических церквей. Прекрасный променад вдоль Крюкова канала. Не так далеко пешком и до основных достопримечательностей Питера - Исакия, Адмиралтейства, Эрмитажа и т. д. Рядом - несколько изумительных ресторанов и кафе - Репа, Ромео, Театро. И совершенно чудный персонал. Чувствуешь себя как в гостях у друзей Немаловажно, что от московского вокзала можно добраться на одном автобусе (#27) - всего за полчаса

Уютные, чистые номера. Замечательный отзывчивый, внимательный персонал. Всё продумано до мелочей. Спасибо большое всему персоналу за душевную, уютную обстановку. Обязательно остановимся в этой гостинице в следующую поездку.

очень все понравилось! администраторы очень дружелюбные всегда помогут и решат любой вопрос, завтраки вкусные! уборка по требованию, что хорошо! соотношение цена - качество! находится еще напротив мариинского театра, что супер для культурных людей. вернусь сюда еще!
