The apartment hotel is located in the heart of the historical part of the city, in a new modern building with a cozy courtyard and underground parking. It is located 370 m from Nevsky Prospekt and 5 minutes from Moskovsky Train Station. All the main attractions of the city – the Faberge Museum, the Russian Museum, the Hermitage, Palace Square, Kazan Cathedral, Summer Garden, Mikhailovsky Theater, Alexander Theater, Philharmonic Hall, Circus, Mikhailovsky Castle, Gostiny Dvor – are within walking distance. The nearest metro stations are Mayakovskaya and Vosstaniya Square.
Guests are offered different room categories, from Standard to Suite and Suite. They can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Most of the rooms have an area of about 40 sq.m. Отличные апартаменты, которые находятся в центре города. Чисто, тепло и уютно. В номере есть, халаты, тапочки, шампуни с гелями, зубные щетки, бритвенные наборы, капсульная кофемашина и чайник. Кровать удобная. Утром застали шикарный рассвет😍 стойки регистрации нет, надо звонить и договариваться, чтоб вас встретили.
Из минусов:
-завтрак только на 08:30 в номере( кому надо выехать раньше, лучше брать без завтрака).
-окна надо помыть.

吹爆這家酒店！訂的時候還覺得可能實際和圖片會有差異,結果完全超出預期。首先地理位置很好,離莫斯科火車站是步行距離,後續打車也很方便。他們和artstudio是一幢樓但是分開的兩個公司,可以讓artstudio前台電話一下dionis的前台就會過來,圖一就是他們的房間分佈。樓有兩個電梯,非常方便。房間也是性價比高到離譜,廚具餐具電冰箱洗碗機電磁爐全部都有,還有膠囊咖啡機,每天還會送膠囊（想想國內有咖啡機的酒店什麼價位）,洗衣機也有每天送洗衣球,毛巾每天都換,洗漱用品都有提供。我們在公寓做了兩天早飯,幸福感爆棚。我們住了五晚,如果長住聖彼得堡的真的推薦！感覺這輩子都沒住過性價比這麼高的酒店。。。

這次沒訂到Art studio，盲定的這家，超出預期的好，來聖彼得堡旅行的朋友非常推薦
衞生：床上用品、廚房、餐具、衞生間都非常乾淨，體現出歐洲對衞生極致的高要求
設施：有鍋有電磁爐，很齊全，可以簡單烹飪🍳。床很舒服，是睡的最好的三晚
服務：到一樓後打電話，會有穿着西裝🤵的工作人員下來接
整體真的很棒，地理位置也好，下次還會來！

Прекрасный Апарт Отель! наш Отдых был 2 дня.
От вокзала можно за 6 минут дойти пешком. Вывески на улице нет, есть вход так понимаю в общее здание разных апартов, так сразу не понятно.
Сам номер очень чистый, комфортный, как будто вот только неделю назад сделан ремонт)
В номере есть всё что нужно. Доску с утюгом сраз принесли как попросили и не забирали все два дня. Удобно.
У подружки был день рождения, принесли комплиментарно бутылочку Аsti) Приятно!
вообще очень понравился номер/апарты и все сотрудники с кем контактировали. Встречала очень улыбчивая Мария. документы оформили все быстро, по любым вопросам можно всегда обратить в сообщениях в телеграм, это удобно!
С удовольствием остановлюсь там еще не один раз!!!!
пс. из мини неудобств- кондиционер ооооооочень долго остужает комнату, в первый день понадобилось часа 2 более менее наладить температуру и убрать духоту. Но это терпимо. Дзен)))

酒店在一棟公寓樓裏，這個公寓彙集了各個酒店牌子，前台並不在一樓，需要讓一樓別的酒店的前台把酒店工作人員喊下來帶你去樓上辦入住。早餐可以加工作人員的whatsapp選擇，第二天送到房間。房間倒是挺大，該有的都有，打車到冬宮也就十幾分鍾。就是辦理入住有點困難。

公寓式酒店，設施較新。每天有人收垃圾送水咖啡。生活用品一應俱全。窗户明亮。距離火車站地鐵站步行10分鐘。沒有前台，找酒店工作人員不方便。臨街的房間吵，整晚有一陣一陣的過往車輛聲音。

衞生：有茶包，咖啡，冰箱，洗碗機，微波爐，電磁爐。買點東西當早飯，可以加熱一下，非常不錯。而且裝修的挺現代的。

沒有前台服務，房間很好，寬敞舒服，離火車站涅瓦大街很近，靠近地鐵站，很方便！第一次來聖彼得堡選對了住的地方！

地理位置絕佳，離火車站衹有五分鐘距離，到各個景點也非常近，很多國人住這裏，很安全，酒店非常新，空間很大，絕對五星好評！
