Very comfortable clean bed, large room. Very dated and in I'll repair. We had two ceiling lights hanging down having come away from the fixings. The toilet was running all night as one of the flush buttons was continually jammed down. Breakfast was something out of fawlty towers. The waitress was next to useless. The cooked breakfast option was streaky bacon fried eggs and scrambled eggs. We got into the restaurant at 09.20 the bacon was cold and shrivelled, the remnants of scrambled eggs were cold and very unappealing no fried eggs. We had to search for the waitress to get cutlery 10 minutes. Asked about the cooked breakfast, was told 10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes, fried eggs arrived, the heater unit was not lit. After another 20 or so minutes the bacon arrived and the fried eggs removed . The waitress lit the fluid under the food only to set fire to the work surface with the liquid fuel. No decaffeinated coffee available for the Nespresso machine as a coach load of other tourists had recently left the dining area. Semi skimmed milk was quickly used up and not replenished. Orange juice was replenished after a wait of about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel knew how many guests they had and should have prepared accordingly. Totally unacceptable to have such shoddy service and a waitress who told me to speak Spanish as she spoke in English. I have complained to the receptionist and duly completed the complaints book, which all premises in Portugal and Spain must provide if asked for. We have stayed many times at this hotel, this will probably be our last time.

Situation idéale en plein centre de la vieille ville, cet hôtel est absolument splendide. La chambre est très grande avec un lit gigantesque. Une salle de bains pratique et complète, également de grande taille et très bien équipée, de plus ella à une fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est également à la hauteur de la chambre., magnifique. Le personnel est chaleureux, avenant et professionnel. GENIAL.

Salamanca City Center
Nous avons séjourné ici avant un bon petit déjeuner au centre-ville. Réservé en ligne avec le site web des hôtels et a été attribué un cocktail gratuit pour le faire. Nous sommes arrivés à 9 heures et nous avons utilisé le parc de voiture de l'hôtel 18 € pendant la nuit (12h ) un peu plus loin pour une moto mais sûre. Agréable vue de la chambre.

Nous n'avons pas pu partir pour des raisons COVID car la salamanca est confinée mais à partir de l'hôtel, ils nous ont répondu à l'annulation rapidement et nous ont remboursé le montant. Ils sont très gentils et l'hôtel est totalement confiant. Dès que Salamanca ouvre, nous allons certainement. TOTALMENT RECOMMANDE ET TOTAL CONFIDENCE.

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.
