160 km west of Helsinki, Kiskonjoki river 350 m (breadth 30 m), deep water, soft clay bottom, shared shore. By the river a pier, boat and canoes for use. A swimming pond in the shared use in the owner's yard 150 m away. Distance to the sea 4 km (connection from the river).

Wooden house, renovated 1995, living room/kitchen 2 beds, washing room (wc and shower), vestibule. Upstairs 6 beds in the loft (upstairs height only 1.7 m).

Own separate sauna building in the yard (wood-fired), room with fireplace. There is no running water in the sauna, water has to be carried from the water point in main cottage's wall. The house is located in farm courtyard. Owner's farm is 150 m away. The Leipyöli farm is situated in peaceful, rural scene, surrounded by fields.

In the owner's farm there is Highland Cattle, and meat can be bought from the farm. The farm also organizes family reunions, meetings and other events. Catering available on request.
