酒店在半山腰， 風景絕佳， 房間不大， 是個老酒店很有特點， 適合短期住。

Driving out of busy Salzburg up into the hills above to the Gersberg Alm we were greeted by a beautiful chalet with flowers, trees, & pastures. They have a full restaurant so we had a light lunch. They view down to Salzburg was so nice that we just stayed up in the hills rather than walk the city. Its only a short 10 minute drive to the city and you will do best with your own car. There is plenty of free parking. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with that view. This is family run hotel of the finest quality. Breakfast & dinners were of the best quality. The staff are all willing to help out. There isn't a lift but the staff was quick to help with luggage. This was a great place to stay.

We had high expectations of our stay but were disappointed. The location of the property is beautiful, as you would expect on a mountain, and the outdoor pool was a luxury plus, having a good size and nice lounge chairs. The ladies at the reception were also extremely polite and helpful. Our luxury room was dated though but again with a lovely view. I reserved a table for dinner but when we arrived we found the staff eating and they seemed to be surprised by our arrival. Some items on the very short menu were nog available and the chosen fried chicken was of awful quality. It was still cold on the inside, aparantly just defrosted, and there was water coming out when cutting open. The waitress didn't ask if everything was ok, didn't ask anything during our dinner. When she took away our plates, which we could not finish so bad, we dared to mention our dislike, she rolled here eyes. Not getting a tip afterwards made here even more unfriendly. She was not able to say goodbye. The breakfast experience next morning was better. The (Hungarian) staff was very friendly but it occurred to me that the buffet was very plain with limited choice. For us the one night stay didn't meet our expectations and the price is no value for money. Read 269e for a room.

This hotel is a fairytale experience. Staff can’t do enough for you. Setting is magical as is the ambience in the hotel. Food in the restaurant is top notch. Breakfast was amazing exceptional omelettes. Just book you won’t regret it. We have already book for next June.

Hotel situado en una de las colinas que hay alrededor de Salzburgo, con vistas a esta maravillosa ciudad y a unos 5 km de ella aproximadamente. Zona muy tranquila, hotel no muy grande, servicio atento, aunque hablaban en aleman y algo de ingles, el desayuno muy completo y excelente, pero en la cena encontre a faltar platos mas sencillos a parte de los que tenian en la carta que eran bastante elaborados y bastante caro y con muchas salsas, la habitacion para 4 personas que nos dieron era como un mini apartamento, con cocina americana y vistas al bosque, era muy amplio, con mucha luz natural y muy limpio. Incluso tenia una pequeña sauna Tenian piscina exterior., por decir algo negativo, diria que les faltaria un ascensor para subir los 2 plantas que tiene el hotel

es ist leider traurige wahrheit, dass nach jahren zufriedener aufenthalte sich das blatt gewendet hat. hier regiert das äusserst unfrendliche personal den leiter des hauses. wie es scheint hat dieser aus angst personal zu verlieren lieber alte stammgäste vergrämt. früher traf man jedes jahr wieder die freundlichen mitarbeiter des letzten jahres. dieses mal- nach den coronajahren- neues und wirklich ungebildetes unfreundliches personal. anmassungen gegenüber den gästen der gröbsten art. traurig, aber gar nicht mehr zu empfehlen. und, auch erstaunlich- in der coronazeit ist nichts passiert. keine verbesserung oder adaption des hauses…

Ich war bereits mehrere Male in diesem schönen Haus und werde noch öfter da sein - nach Corona. Diese C- Situation macht für mich Reisen nicht erstrebenswert. Alle guten Wünsche für euer gut geführtes Haus.
