Le salon est très confortable et très confortable. Un lit roi très confortable, et des équipements incluant un salle de bains, une télévision à écran plat et un réfrigérateur, bien que presque tous les canaux étaient en espagnol. Il n'y avait pas de thé ou de café dans la chambre, mais il y avait toujours le bar / salon Mitico sur le premier étage avec vues incroyables sur le lac et un bon menu pour les snacks et boissons légères tout à fait raisonnablement prix. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Je n'ai pas eu la chance d'utiliser le spa, mais la piscine a l'air bien, encore avec cette vue incroyable. L'hôtel est bien situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre Civico, où il y a un centre d'information touristique qui a été vraiment utile avec de bonnes suggestions pour les voyages de jour et les informations sur les bus. Le premier jour, j'ai fait le circuit Chico qui était une route circulaire de 10 km qui incluait l'ascension de Cerrito Llao Llao à 1080m pour de grandes vues. Le deuxième jour, j'ai pris un bus de 55 à la cathédrale Cerro et j'ai pris la voiture à câble suivie d'une promenade de 30 minutes pour atteindre le sommet avec des vues étonnantes. Le seul défaut de mon séjour était que j'avais une chambre de connexion avec une porte à la chambre suivante, et j'écoutais mes voisins (qui étaient louds). La réception a été offerte pour me déplacer dans une chambre non connectée, mais ils n'avaient qu'un couple, je me suis refusé, le lit du roi dans le classique est très bon.

L’établissement est magnifique! Le cadre superbe! La vue de la chambre est merveilleuse! Le petit déjeuner est un régal et incontestablement digne d’un palace! Nous n’avons pas essayé les différents restaurants mais les deux déjeuners pris au buffet nous ont permis de déguster une variété de mets superbement préparés avec des produits frais. Le seul point négatif est le fait que la salle de bains de notre chambre No 433 était un peu trop vieillotte avec une baignoire abîmée , une douche rouillée , un lavabo bouché et un robinet cassé . Cela étant dit, nous reviendrons avec plaisir, convaincus que la rénovation est déjà prévue .

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici. Le personnel était excellentes Chambres avec une vue étonnante avec un tube chaud/jacuzzi dans chaque chambre à côté de la fenêtre avec vue sur les montagnes/lacs. Le lit était très confortable. Internet pourrait être un peu lent parfois. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez une chambre à coucher. Je suis sûr que je reviendrais.

L'hôtel ancien, mais avec des réformes. Et le principal très bien situé. Nous avons initialement hébergé dans une chambre triple super vieux au premier étage, souffrant. Ils ne devaient pas le faire, mais nous avons été la réception et nous avons demandé un échange pour un plus jeune, et nous avons offert un autre au troisième étage qui, malgré être beeeem plus petit mais était retraité. Silence. En temps de coudre, le jour précédent nous devrions marquer l'heure du petit-déjeuner, félicitations. Petit-déjeuner limité , mais il est ym hôtel 3 étoiles, avec fruits froids, iogurt, pain. J'ai manqué de lait végétal et d'œufs mouillés, j'ai fini d'acheter mon lait et je prends le matin sans problème. Même avec ces réserves je recommande l'hôtel, ne prenez pas la chambre tpl du premier étage, rsrsrs.

Parmi toutes les Hampton Inns que j'ai été dans le monde, cette une figure parmi les meilleurs !!!! J'espère pouvoir revenir rapidement!

To provide some background about myself, I have backpacked in the likes of Vietnam, Peru, Cambodia etc. I am not some primadonna and can totally accept basic/rustic accommodations. We booked the suite at Selina which is the best room they have and was not cheap at near two hundred per night. Website makes it appear that this is some cute and trendy design hotel. Really this is a vintage hotel which must have been purchased and cleaned up a little bit, it appears nice in the photos because of the modern furniture but the furniture itself is rickety and falling apart at the seams. The top of the coffee table was not attached and the bench in the bedroom area would have collapsed if a child sat on it. My first impression was, they tried but did not succeed. I felt some sympathy for them in the beginning. But it only went downhill from there. When you arrive you will find that the room is without a telephone, a television, water, coffee maker, and the toiletries are in flimsy packets which they do not replace every day because they do not clean the room while you are there. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best. The hairdryer was broken when I arrived, and it took them over a day to fix it. For most people this isn’t an issue but I have 20 inch long hair that is thick and cannot wash it without a blow dryer. I had more or less beg the staff to fix it in order to get it done. There is no air-conditioning. The hotel is staffed mainly by young hipsters who seem to have no training in hospitality, and some of them lacked even basic courtesy and had a bad attitude in most interactions. Above and beyond all of these misgivings, the one issue that I absolutely could not forgive as a fact that there was no running water in our suite. When I needed to shower I had to sit in the tub underneath a trickle of water coming out of the faucet, attempting to bathe myself whilst basically sitting in my own filthy water freezing and struggling to wash myself. When we informed the reception staff of this issue, their explanation was that this was a known issue which was common in the suites. I am of the opinion that running water is a basic necessity and human need that any hotel room should offer whether it is a hostel or not. However, this was advertised as a suite, a private room, as such I would not anticipate having to use shared showering facilities (which we were forced to) or pay the price that we did for the suite. This is definitely 100% a hostel/backpacker place, with absolutely no services. In my opinion they should not even offer private rooms. The private rooms are clearly an afterthought and they don’t even have the infrastructure to support them. If you are expecting anything even slightly nicer than a backpack or type hostel stay elsewhere. We checked out after only one night.

Nous étions hébergés en mai, Mariana est une hôte impeccable. Elle était attentive à chaque détail. L'hôtel a un goût très bon pour ceux qui souhaitent un environnement tranquille, prolifique, avec des aliments de qualité (on ne perd pas la tarte de coco et le bouddhiste de pommes que Mariana ...exquis). Il faut souligner le goût émergé dans la décoration, depuis l'art où vous voulez voir (tableaux et sculptures, photos), jusqu'à des plantes et des couches placées sur le lieu exact. Il sent toujours riche, mais le matin, vous réveillez l'arôme du pain neuf (et c'est un peu difficile de vous reposer... ça vous fait faim!). Les doux sont exquis. Yogurt naturel fait par eux, jus d'orange, œufs. Les vêtements de lit (vêtements blancs) de très bonne qualité, ainsi que le sommier très confortable. La douche avec très bonne pression. La température du lieu est juste (ne meurt pas de chaleur comme je suis passé ailleurs dans le sud). Toutes les personnes qui nous ont servi, de qui nous a reçus à qui nous a débarqués au check out, : impeccable ! Merci!!! belle expérience.

El lugar es muy lindo, tiene una hermosa vista al lago, el personal súper amable y atento, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas (excepto el nene bar, a ese no vayan) fuimos en invierno y el lugar es calientito y acogedor, las habitaciones son preciosas y con una vista espectacular al lago, tal vez la cama un poco dura, pero aparte de eso excelente. Además, queda muy cerca de todas las cosas en la ciudad. Vino con desayuno y muy rico también. Destacar también la higiene y limpieza impecables, recomendaría a cualquiera el lugar.

Having flown halfway around the world to one of the most beautiful areas in the world, imagine our horror when we walked into our suite and found that we overlooked a building site. The hammering and drilling wasn't too bad - it didn't start until 08.00 and ended around 16.00! But we could have done without it, thank you. We immediately went to Reception to ask for a room change but were told that there weren't any available and we were too jet-lagged to cope with the hassle of changing hotels. It seems to be an indication of the lack of regard, or even complete disdain, in which the hotel management holds its guests. We had no notification, either directly or via our booking agent (SuperTravel), that our suite would be next to a building site and were certainly not offered the opportunity to change or upgrade our suite. Vous devez également vous informer que vous devrez payer une taxe aux autorités locales (Eco Tax) en tant que touriste lors du check-in, en espèces, à la carte de crédit, que vous feriez à tout hôtel de Bariloche.

Le seul défaut de mon séjour était que j'avais une chambre de connexion avec une porte à la chambre suivante, et j'écoutais mes voisins (qui étaient louds). La réception a été offerte pour me déplacer dans une chambre non connectée, mais ils n'avaient qu'un couple, je me suis refusé, le lit du roi dans le classique est très bon.

To provide some background about myself, I have backpacked in the likes of Vietnam, Peru, Cambodia etc. I am not some primadonna and can totally accept basic/rustic accommodations. We booked the suite at Selina which is the best room they have and was not cheap at near two hundred per night. Website makes it appear that this is some cute and trendy design hotel. Really this is a vintage hotel which must have been purchased and cleaned up a little bit, it appears nice in the photos because of the modern furniture but the furniture itself is rickety and falling apart at the seams. The top of the coffee table was not attached and the bench in the bedroom area would have collapsed if a child sat on it. My first impression was, they tried but did not succeed. I felt some sympathy for them in the beginning. But it only went downhill from there. When you arrive you will find that the room is without a telephone, a television, water, coffee maker, and the toiletries are in flimsy packets which they do not replace every day because they do not clean the room while you are there. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best. The hairdryer was broken when I arrived, and it took them over a day to fix it. For most people this isn’t an issue but I have 20 inch long hair that is thick and cannot wash it without a blow dryer. I had more or less beg the staff to fix it in order to get it done. There is no air-conditioning. The hotel is staffed mainly by young hipsters who seem to have no training in hospitality, and some of them lacked even basic courtesy and had a bad attitude in most interactions. Above and beyond all of these misgivings, the one issue that I absolutely could not forgive as a fact that there was no running water in our suite. When I needed to shower I had to sit in the tub underneath a trickle of water coming out of the faucet, attempting to bathe myself whilst basically sitting in my own filthy water freezing and struggling to wash myself. When we informed the reception staff of this issue, their explanation was that this was a known issue which was common in the suites. I am of the opinion that running water is a basic necessity and human need that any hotel room should offer whether it is a hostel or not. However, this was advertised as a suite, a private room, as such I would not anticipate having to use shared showering facilities (which we were forced to) or pay the price that we did for the suite. This is definitely 100% a hostel/backpacker place, with absolutely no services. In my opinion they should not even offer private rooms. The private rooms are clearly an afterthought and they don’t even have the infrastructure to support them. If you are expecting anything even slightly nicer than a backpack or type hostel stay elsewhere. We checked out after only one night.

Nous étions hébergés en mai, Mariana est une hôte impeccable. Elle était attentive à chaque détail. L'hôtel a un goût très bon pour ceux qui souhaitent un environnement tranquille, prolifique, avec des aliments de qualité (on ne perd pas la tarte de coco et le bouddhiste de pommes que Mariana ...exquis). Il faut souligner le goût émergé dans la décoration, depuis l'art où vous voulez voir (tableaux et sculptures, photos), jusqu'à des plantes et des couches placées sur le lieu exact. Il sent toujours riche, mais le matin, vous réveillez l'arôme du pain neuf (et c'est un peu difficile de vous reposer... ça vous fait faim!). Les doux sont exquis. Yogurt naturel fait par eux, jus d'orange, œufs. Les vêtements de lit (vêtements blancs) de très bonne qualité, ainsi que le sommier très confortable. La douche avec très bonne pression. La température du lieu est juste (ne meurt pas de chaleur comme je suis passé ailleurs dans le sud). Toutes les personnes qui nous ont servi, de qui nous a reçus à qui nous a débarqués au check out, : impeccable ! Merci!!! belle expérience.

un honte pour le groupe NH, cet hotel est en dehors des standart du groupe et mérite péniblement un deux étoiles. Chambres très bruyantes sur la rue principale, chauffage bloqué au maximum, intérieur des chambres et salle de bain anciens, draps gris à force de lavage, bref à éviter

Deceiving. These photos don’t show reality. The hotel’s reception and breakfast area are ok. However, things change dramatically when you go to the bedrooms. They are dirty and extremely small. I felt disgusted when I walked on the very dirty and stained carpet. The bathroom is very very small, very dirty and things don’t work properly. The closet doors are very hard to operate, the wooden blinds were ripped here and there. The toilet leaks continuously and the bath tub doesn’t drain well. When I showered, the water would not drain and raise by 1 foot or more. The breakfast was ok.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici. Le personnel était excellentes Chambres avec une vue étonnante avec un tube chaud/jacuzzi dans chaque chambre à côté de la fenêtre avec vue sur les montagnes/lacs. Le lit était très confortable. Internet pourrait être un peu lent parfois. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez une chambre à coucher. Je suis sûr que je reviendrais.

L’établissement est magnifique! Le cadre superbe! La vue de la chambre est merveilleuse! Le petit déjeuner est un régal et incontestablement digne d’un palace! Nous n’avons pas essayé les différents restaurants mais les deux déjeuners pris au buffet nous ont permis de déguster une variété de mets superbement préparés avec des produits frais. Le seul point négatif est le fait que la salle de bains de notre chambre No 433 était un peu trop vieillotte avec une baignoire abîmée , une douche rouillée , un lavabo bouché et un robinet cassé . Cela étant dit, nous reviendrons avec plaisir, convaincus que la rénovation est déjà prévue .

Il s'agit d'une petite oasis - seulement 10 chambres - excellentement conservées, située à côté du lac Gutiérrez et avec des vues panoramiques incroyables. Les chambres, toutes avec vue sur le lac, bien que puissent sembler quelque peu antiquisées, pour qui vous plaît des meubles anciens (dans ce cas de style provisoire) et d'une décoration de montagne de la moitié du siècle très émergé, Ils sont très chauds et confortables, mais cela dépend du goût du client. La question de la distance est aussi subjective, mais si l'on veut profiter de la tranquillité et de l'environnement, que la ville soit ou non proche, elle devient un endroit idéal. Outre un lobby, avec son salon intégré, très chaud, un environnement qui rappelle ces anciens cabans de montagne des vieux films américains, il a une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ou pour profiter des paysages qui lui ajoute un plus très important. Tout cela, en plus d'une attention agréable et insensée de votre personnel, ils font un grand tour et en plus à des prix très abordables.

Le meilleur auberge, magnifique vibe magnifique service. Vous avez séjourné deux nuits dans les dorms et une nuit dans l'appartement. Voir magnifique, très propre et petit déjeuner est absolument bien. La femme au bureau front est étonnant, ne la oubliera jamais. Le service de lave-linge est très recommandé.
