There is a covered parking lot available along with an uncovered parking lot. There are less covered spots available than uncovered spots. Also, there are two charging stations available. The staff was friendly, professional, and assisted with all matters very well. There are two elevators available that go all the 6th floor. The amenities were sufficient enough to make for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The room I stayed in was large with a kitchenette, pullout couch, and large bathroom. There were some minor issues like a bent ironing board, hair in the bathroom, and noise disturbance from the room above, but all was manageable. The location is right outside of two gates that access Camp Pendleton. Also, it is within walking distance from some good restaurants and the beach. J'ai séjourné avec deux amis pour une vache de la maison. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits. C'était un explosion. Notre temps fav était une heure heureuse avec de grands cocktails et de la nourriture. Nous sommes allés chaque nuit. Nous avons fatigué différentes boissons et de la nourriture chaque nuit. Notre barman Sharu était étonnant et elle fait le meilleur de Mai Tai. Le bar était excellent avec ses serveurs. Nous avons littéralement séjourné pendant des heures par les pièges de pompiers en plein air. Nous avons été traités si bien. Même par le petit déjeuner. Le bureau de la frontière aussi! C'était une très belle ambiance dans les soirées par les pierres à feu. Ils ont une belle piscine intérieure et de la porte jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner fait pour commander était super. Les chambres d'hôtel étaient confortables et confortables et grandes et propres. L'hôtel était magnifique et le poisson koi est si bon touche au lieu. Il est calme et confortable ici. Je serai de retour. Nous reviendrons certainement pour notre heureuse belle expérience. We were a party of 32 people who booked this hotel to attend a wedding in San Diego, from UK and Canada for 1 week On day 1 of our holiday Upon arriving in our room, we all found that the shower water was only tepid, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and was informed that maintenance advised this could not be increased due to concerns about scalding However, 2 days later, the water temperature in the shower was noticeably warmer and reached a comfortable level. This suggests that the initial explanation provided by the maintenance staff was either incorrect or misleading. The inconsistent and lukewarm response to my complaint is unacceptable, especially when the issue could have been resolved promptly on the first day of my stay. The towels left bits of fluff on our skin and clothes after use, which was both uncomfortable and unhygienic and resulted in us purchasing a garment brush to clean our clothes. Such a condition is unacceptable. The rooms were oddly designed, the sink facilities were situated outside of the toilet and shower room, positioned within the actual bedroom area. This layout struck me as quite unusual and, frankly, unhygienic. It is standard practice and generally expected that after using the toilet, one should be able to wash their hands immediately within the same room. The current setup requires guests to exit the toilet room and walk through the bedroom to access the sink, which raises significant hygiene concerns. During our stay, my family and I spent a significant amount of time in the poolside area. We were surprised and quite inconvenienced to find that there were no restroom facilities available in this area. This lack of basic amenities was particularly challenging as we were traveling with young children who frequently needed to use the toilet. Having to return to our rooms or use the restroom in the reception area was not only inconvenient but also disrupted our leisure time. This situation caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, I believe that adding restrooms near the poolside area would greatly enhance the convenience and comfort for all guests, particularly those with young children. Such an improvement would undoubtedly be appreciated by many future visitors. Furthermore, upon check-out, I was shocked to find an additional charge on three payment cards for makeup marks left on towels. This charge is not only unreasonable but also discriminatory, as I discovered that other guests were not subjected to the same penalty for similar circumstances. I sent two messages on the hotel's online contact form to Jay the manager and received no response. Consequently, I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge on my credit card due to the lack of response and the absence of any evidence of makeup marks on towels provided by the hotel. I had a great stay here and would definitely pick them again for future travels in the area. First of all Hannah at the front desk was great during check in. I thought employees like her didn't exist and are only portrayed as such on TV, but nope, perfect employees do exist and one of them works here. As for the hotel itself, its clean inside and out. Location and surrounding areas look clean and safe in a perspective of travelers not from around here. There is a Tesla Supercharger station literally across the street, as well as a 7-Eleven and some other small eateries at ”The Island” plaza I believe it's called. Legoland is very close by. The rooms were spacious and reminds you of a Embassy Suite or Extended Stay. This has a FULL kitchen, complete with sink, dishwasher, full size fridge, and an electric cooktop. Plates, utensils, etc are also included. So you can definitely cook here. The Living Area is roomy with a sofa bed. I will add though if you have people sleeping on the sofabed, the bathroom is only accessible by going through the main bedroom. WIFI/internet is included and plenty fast for everyday tasks. It was also reliable with no drops or reconnecting issues. The rooms seem a bit more dated than the main lobby and grounds area, but it's not a big deal or deal breaker. Breakfast is included and it's just OK. Hard to beat Embassy Suite's made to order omelettes at this similar price range. There are a variety of choices which usually are eggs, 2 protein choices (sausages/ham), potatoes, oatmeal, make your ow waffles, variety of breads, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc. The outdoor space is very nice with a pool, hot tub, half court basketball sport court, fire pit, grills if someone wants to grill. There is also a gym with weights, cardio machines. Parking was free also. The price isn't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. For a family, this is a good option or for those who want something more roomy since its a suite.

J'avais des boissons et des aliments que je voulais garder froid toute la nuit, lame. Quand j'ai rapporté à l'agent, elle a dit, ”seulement tourner”, bien nous savons tous qu'il prend 12-24 heures pour les réfrigérateurs pour se refroidir efficacement. La salle de bain avait beaucoup de serviettes mais seulement un bar de savon. La douche/tube avait un grand divot dans elle, mais encore utilisable. Le shampooing et le conditionneur sont de mauvaise qualité et odeur (ne pas utiliser). Seul un appareil de raccordement supérieur sur la lampe, mais ma femme et moi-même ont des téléphones à raccorder et je demande également un C-PAP, inutile de dire que vous devez déconnecter une des autres lampes pour accueillir une fonctionnalité de base aujourd'hui. La télé à distance n'a pas fonctionné (heureusement, j'avais des batteries d'une caméra), je pensais qu'il était étrange qu'ils ferment les salles de bains de la lobby mais pas les portes d'accès latérales à la hall pour la chambre (pourquoi ne pas utiliser une clé de chambre pour accéder comme la plupart des endroits?). La piscine semblait bien mais les lieux où la route sale, pleine de débris. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était bon. Une zone propre mais manque de choix alimentaires. Breakfast Not included in the cost of the room so we did not try ordering a delivery to our room provided by a nearby restaurant, especially as there are so many restaurants near by. Expensive choices offered for delivery. Location In town with bars/ restaurants and shops on the doorstep. No need to drive if you don’t want to. Car park Plenty of parking spaces, $20 a night. Wi-Fi Good and free Staff Very welcoming and friendly. They can provide some coupons to local restaurants.
