Hôtels près de La Union Science Centrum and Museum, San Fernando

They have a good service and staff. The only hassle is their elevator, they only have one key card and the only ones who can operate are the staff, so you have to call them if you use the elevator. The room is clean and the bedsheets are fragrant but you still see some stains. Their food is a bit expensive but it’s delicious. Overall, our stay was good.

The place is instagrammable and most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. My otherwise shy parents loved their swim-up room because it afforded them a semblance of privacy while enjoying the pool. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. I personally love the balcony overlooking the pool complex. And bathrobes are always appreciated. The beach has fine, whitish sand. The buffet breakfast is adequate, standard, (although I heard a couple complaining at the salad bar due to the lack of salad dressing). The fried bananas were the star of the breakfast buffet, and we kept re-filling our plates with it to make up for the very ”malitid” beef tapa. The river pool was quite enjoyable and we found ourselves just floating with the current. For some reason, the water in the river pool and slide pools/pool bar were quite hot (not ”warm”). Im unsure if that's intended or the sun was just too hot that day. There were incidents though that we found stressful/annoying/disappointing. As we were on our way to Aureo, I received an email and text message from them saying they are letting go of our reservation (4 rooms, since we are a party of 10), because they did not receive any confirmation from me. I backtracked on the reservation email they sent days ago and did not find anything requiring me to confirm. All I remembered was that they were giving us the option to either pay up-front or settle the fees upon check in. It was later sorted out and we were told they will hold the rooms for us. Nevertheless, that email/text message considerably caused us stress, as we were already on the road, with kids and senior citizens in tow. Perhaps the management could adopt a better way of informing clients that a confirmation is needed, or that payment should be made upfront (which we would have gladly done), instead of automatically sending a message, without prior notice, that they are cancelling our rooms. Since it was our parents' anniversary and it was a rare occasion for our family to be complete, we arranged for a private dinner by the beach. We agreed to the P5k dinner set up by the beach, in addition to the P750/person boodle fight food. We were, however, disappointed to find out that the 5k set-up consisted of a simple plastic table and chairs, with lights strung above (see pic). We checked Aureo's pics from IG and saw that previous set-ups have arch backdrops with flower garlands, etc. I suppose we expected something similar for 5k. It did not help that just a few feet away, the restaurant has beach tables and chairs with better lights/lanterns, where we could have eaten without the additional 5k charge. As a compromise, the staff reduced the beach set-up fee to P3k. We reluctantly accepted this so as not to ruin what could hopefully be a special dinner for our parents. The staff also informed us they will only charge us for 8 persons although the set up was for 10pax. While we appreciate this, it must be pointed out that the 9th and 10th pers

Le petit déjeuner plat est très propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner plat est bon et a assez de service. Le personnel est très utile et travaille avec intégrité, surtout quand je suis sorti de la chambre pendant le check-out. Pas de réfrigérateur, de télévision, et de sèche-cheveux. Mais il y a des chaudières électriques, des bougies, des lunettes, des serviettes de bains et des toilettes fournies. Ce n'est pas un hôtel typique où vous pouvez attendre que quelqu'un vous aide à tout moment. Il y a un parking limité à l'intérieur du parking, mais je pense qu'il y a un espace à proximité pour la location. La seule amélioration à demander serait d'installer des cortinages plus épais pour une meilleure vie privée et une expérience plus relaxée, car elle peut bloquer l'éclairage et le bruit de l'extérieur. Je retournerais certainement à cet endroit. Merci !

La première visite au bar sportif pour une belle expérience de soirée après avoir été averti de prix plus élevés à attendre d'un local et de nos quatre repas deux étaient excellents et deux étaient pauvres. Les pauvres étaient les Beef Salpicao et les Beef Rendang où la viande n'était pas tendre mais dur et gris et n'avait pas de goût authentique. Par contre, la viande égorgée était bien mieux dans la viande de Basil (Pad Gra Prow) et la surcharge de porc Adobo était grande et la viande était si tendre et si délicieuse. Il a été très bien fait pour moi, mais c'est la meilleure partie selon ma femme. Attaché par la musique de bande en direct à côté de la porte , nous avons eu des désserts traditionnels à PM Final Option qui se sont mis en place pour une belle marche à pied sur la base le long de la belle plage sous une pleine lune. ps Awesome - vous devriez revoir avoir des effectifs de fumer dans le bar quand il est utilisé principalement par les clients qui ont dîné.

Il n'y a pas d'électricité et d'eau à la première nuit et c'est le seul hôtel qui n'a pas de générateur.

La chambre est douce et les ailes sont un peu sales. Lorsque vous prenez une douche, l'eau s'échappe à la porte et le sol en dehors de la chambre se mouille. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est un peu bon, vous ne pouvez pas choisir pour ce que vous voulez, ils servent simplement ce qui est disponible. La seule chose que je veux avec cet hôtel est la localisation, parce qu'il est proche du lieu touristique. Proche de kabsat et aussi de jetsam et flotsam.
