Hôtels près de Central Park (Parque Central), San José

The reason for the lower rating is because of the shower. It was a trickle of water. One thing all travels value in their hotel choice is a powerful, hot shower. The sink had plenty of force, so I expect the shower could have had as well. Breakfast service was very nice, as you're given some choice and it is made fresh. The bar/restaurant is comfortable with good size TVs for watching sporting events (thanks for letting us stay late to finish the Super Bowl.) The men reported the pizza to be good. The staff help with arranging a shuttle to the airport, at the same rate everyone was charging. This old building does have lots of charm.

- J'ai envoyé un courriel à l'hôtel le jour avant de vérifier s'ils pouvaient envoyer un transbordeur à l'aéroport pour me prendre (pour éviter le stress de figurer sur le transport), mais ils n'ont répondu qu'une fois que je suis arrivé. Il n'était pas bon pour moi d'attendre qu'ils viennent me chercher. - La chambre était très spacieuse et très spacieuse: deux histoires avec deux salle de bains pleine, et cuisine. Je n'avais pas besoin de ces histoires, mais elles étaient disponibles. Mais la douche au-dessus de la chambre était en manque d'une porte, l'eau s'éclatait et faisait mouillée partout. De plus, la douche n'a pas bien évaporé. Il était gros de avoir mes pieds dans l'eau sale... même avec le baignoire, l'eau n'était pas bien évaporée. L'hôtel a fourni une serviette à main et deux serviettes grandes. Ils étaient vieux et rugideux. Je suis sorti pour acheter mon propre. Le lit était confortable! Alors les coussins et les feuilles! Merci pour cela! - Je suis en train de faire un marathon et il était important pour moi que l'hôtel ait un gym pour que je puisse continuer à ma formation. Cet hôtel a eu une tapiserie et il n'était pas en service. Je suppose que la prochaine fois, je dois vérifier avant de réserver. - Mon chambre n'a pas de fenêtre et donc très sombre, gloomy et déprimant. Heureusement, je n'ai pas à passer trop de temps ici. J'ai dit à la réceptionniste et elle a dit que c'était la chambre qui m'a été attribuée. Je l'ai laissé partir. - L'hôtel est au centre-ville et à pied de toutes les grandes « choses à faire » de la ville de San Jose. Mais je dois dire que les photos en ligne ressemblent beaucoup mieux que la réalité de l'hôtel. - Je resterais ici encore ? Seulement si je dois dormir quelque part pendant une nuit.

I am writing to share my recent experience at Hotel Cultura Plaza in San Jose, Costa Rica, and to caution those considering a reservation at this establishment. During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant issue with the room I was assigned. Unfortunately, some of the rooms at this hotel do not have windows and resemble prison cells rather than comfortable accommodations. Understandably, I refused to accept such a room and immediately contacted Booking.com to seek a resolution. To my disappointment, the hotel displayed a lack of cooperation, even after three hours of mediation with Booking.com. Despite our best efforts, the hotel refused to address the issue adequately, leading to the cancellation of my reservation. Furthermore, the hotel has also declined to refund the payment I made for the booking. Throughout this process, their responses were consistently rude and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. In addition to the room issue, I feel it is important to mention that the dining room for breakfast at Hotel Cultura Plaza is extremely small, akin to a small bar with only about four tables. This limited space may make it challenging to find a seat during busy periods, and it can detract from the overall dining experience. Given my disappointing experience and the hotel's uncooperative attitude, I want to urge prospective customers to exercise caution when considering a reservation at Hotel Cultura Plaza. Please be aware of the lack of windows in some rooms, the prison cell-like appearance, and the limited dining space for breakfast. It is my hope that by sharing this message, I can help others make informed decisions and avoid potential frustrations. As consumers, we should be able to expect a certain level of quality and service when choosing accommodations, and unfortunately, Hotel Cultura Plaza fell short of these expectations. Muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Excelente atención de todo el personal, desayuno completo, habitaciones amplias y cómodas y la señal de wi fi andaba muy bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento y el bar es excelente

Hôtel bien situé : entre l’aéroport et le centre ville (avoir une voiture de location c’est mieux). Les chambres sont propres et le lit très confortable. Nous avons fait deux séjours : quand nous sommes arrivés et le jour du départ. La première fois : une belle chambre avec une grande salle de bain et la deuxième fois , grande chambre mais avec une toute petite salle de bain (exiguë 🙁). La piscine et salle de sport = top Le petit déjeuner = top Je conseille vivement cet hôtel. J’ai bien aimé. Lors de la réservation et si vous êtes 4, essayez de demander les chambres aux RDC.

Un dodo d’escale pour notre arrivée au Costa Rica les chambres sont spacieuses mais qu’elles sont bruyantes le décalages horaires aidant pas à 03h30 réveillé chambre côté route un vacarme .. levé soleil 05h la vie reprend ici … rien ou pas grand chose pour se restaurer rapidement à l’accueil restaurant disponible payant non testé .. wifi offerte pour vos messages d’arrivée ..
