Room is very spacious for the price! You will really get your monies worth with this accommodation. Location is okay. Just some few minutes walk from Trinoma and SM North. It is accesible through public transport as well - jeepneys, buses are passing through the area. Staffs are great - kind and accommodating. Breakfast is available - just ala carte. Choice of Filipino breakfast. Affordable but not too fancy. Hot shower and toiletries are available. Some amenities in the room just needs upgrading. Overall, a great stay for a very cheap price. Will surely book again.

Je recommande à l'Hôtel Harts avec la cave que les clients puissent rencontrer ces inconvénients pendant leur séjour.

Great housekeeping services, thanks to our room attendant Ms. Jennifer Prompt response to their guess as we raised this concern to their front desk because the shower of our room was broken, they immediately transferred us from another room. They were so polite and accomodating.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour utiliser les transports publics, car il est très proche de l'arrêt de la “North Avenue” de MRT3 (qui est actuellement l'arrêt final sur la ligne MRT3, qui se dirige de là vers le sud le long de l'autoroute EDSA). Une autre ligne de transport public, LRT1, peut également être atteinte à pied, seulement que la gare la plus proche « Roosevelt » a été fermée à la fin novembre / début décembre 2021, donc il faudra un moment pour aller plus loin jusqu'à l'arrêt final de cette ligne, « Balintawak ». La construction d'une nouvelle ligne proche de l'hôtel, qui sera appelée MRT7, est en cours, ce qui permettra encore de relier le transport public (à l'est, en dehors de la ville du Quezon / Metro Manila). En raison de la construction, j'ai parfois entendu le bruit de la nuit venir de l'extérieur. Le Cycle mémoire du Quezon, un autre parc, peut être visité à des fins récréatives et est très proche du parc Ninoy Aquino mentionné précédemment. Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Overall, ibis Styles Araneta provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making my stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return with our families!

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
