酒店離機場打車13美金，半夜12點的價格 酒店設施簡單 經濟，二樓熱水不熱是個問題 早餐太過簡單是個問題，衹有麪包，黃油，咖啡，若干水果 而且隔音不好，挺吵的 旅遊城市，半夜都是進出 老外又自由開放 半夜聊天，前台半夜還在電話 唯一的好處 走路幾分鐘就是Conado beach，海水很洶湧，很多人在曬比基尼，**，body， 沖浪，據説前兩天才*** 附近吃的 商店 禮品店都是很多了， 有chinese ，sushi， 波多黎各菜等等. 還有個優點就是價格算是經濟的了，打分75分，哪有十全十美的

The location was everything. Walking distance to Condado Beach and a bunch of restaurants. Ubers easily were able to pick us up. The staff was super accommodating. It was only my daughter and I and we felt safe and cozy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. If you want to stay in a touristic area for a great price, this is it.

Very noisy at night housekeeping only knock one time an bust in door before you can get to the door.They have no face towels, an the lights went out several times. I’ll never ever return back.

The hotel is in a great location . Short walk to restaurants and beach. If you are looking for a budget hotel , this is it. The check in counter is just someone sitting behind a table with a computer/ laptop. It’s an easy check in/checkout process. There was a few different staff members at desk . Not very friendly. Would just be looking down at computer and not greet us . The worst one was Ralph. When we checked in we were told by another staff member, that we could download an app to get access to remote key . I was told that if I lost physical key, it would cost$150. So I was having problem downloading app. I went down to check in spot and I asked Ralph to help me. He was not willing to help download app. He just looked at me and crossed his arms . Not trying to be a Karen , but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all of my traveling experiences. Bottom line , I’m sure there are other budget friendly hotels in that area .

The place is small, basic but what is necessary to be comfortable, the rooms are always clean, a little kitchen for breakfast with tables in the back patio, a small pool. But the best thing is the attention of the staff. I am very grateful to the people in the front office for taking the time to guide me where to visit and spend the pleasant days. Thanks to Ricardo, Luis, Julian and Daniella for their beautiful attention. 🙂

Staff was wonderful but pool small, bed was not queen even though was advertised as queen. Water cold in shower.

Small but comfortable hotel! Super close to everything and the area is touristy so everything was really safe. Lots of eating options nearby. The room was small but comfortable and the bed was great. A/C was good and felt super good after coming back from the humidity outside. Front desk staff was really helpful and if you arrive before check in time they’ll hold your bags for you :)

This hotel is more like a hostel and actually the 3rd floor is a hostel. Our room had a small double bed, great ac but noisy. A tv and a safe that didn’t work. A shower with low water flow and Luke warm water. No smoke detectors. The breakfast room was so dirty I would not use it. There was bread for toast and that was it! The pool is about 2m x 2m square! I would not stay here again.
