Frontier Motel

The Frontier Motel in Cuba, New Mexico, offers a straightforward and comfortable stay. It boasts all necessary amenities, including a full kitchen, which is a great convenience for longer stays or families. While the decor may be slightly dated, the rooms are impeccably clean and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet. The staff are friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Also the reason for 4/5, we were very late in arriving, well after the office had closed. I forget the name of the kind woman that called but she went out of her way to make sure we had a place to rest after a very long day. Kindness such as that is rare these days, and sure goes a long way in the service industry. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with essential comforts, the Frontier Motel is a solid choice in Cuba.

The AC unit, hot/cold water control, wifi, and evening staff was horrid. Evening staff interaction was rushed and severely lacked in any customer service etiquette. For some odd reason, the exterior room lights are not individually wired to each room. When front desk staff left work early, all room exterior lights turned off along with the wifi connection.

Sie war auf keinem Hotelportal zu finden, nur Google Maps gab eine Telefonnummer preis. Schöner Bau in dem kleinen Ort, dessen Ortsteile wie üblich durch Highways zerschnitten werden.
