Chambres de taille convenable, personnel aimable à la réception. Les parties communes à l'étage sont un peu défraîchies. Situation centrale. La propreté est correcte. Les produits sont innovants et attrayants, notamment en ce qui concerne les articles de toilette, avec une touche d'originalité et d'ingéniosité. Le hall d'entrée est agréable et bien aménagé. La nourriture est moyenne.

C'est un super hôtel, bien situé. L'enregistrement s'est bien passé, mais le service en chambre est un peu lent. Le ménage est excellent, je les apprécie beaucoup. Les installations sont excellentes, mais je n'ai pas aimé la piscine, toujours bondée. Certains n'étaient même pas clients de l'hôtel. Du coup, laisser ses affaires traîner n'est pas très sûr. Il faut tout ranger à chaque fois qu'on va aux toilettes. La piscine n'offrait pas d'espace pour se détendre, surtout l'après-midi. Le bar met un peu de temps à préparer les boissons. Le serveur était formidable. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'heure de départ. 10 h, c'est trop tôt et ils n'étaient pas prêts à prolonger d'une heure. Je ne pense pas que je réserverai à nouveau. Problèmes de sécurité. Si d'autres personnes n'avaient pas autant accès à l'hôtel, j'y retournerais volontiers.

Located along Katherine St, really beautiful with delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms are exceptionally clean, although a little bit small( we had so many bags). Mimi from the reception was really helpful and kind. Her services was top notch. Would definitely recommend this

The room was different from the picture that showed kitchen and couch in a separate room. Smaller room than you can think. And there was no slippers. But it was clean and convenient enough to stay. The facilities such as 24 hours of gym, not mandatory to wear swim suit in a pool plus hot zacuzzi were great.

This was a good stay. My favorite part was the breakfast, I thought it was so delicious! The pool was beautiful and the view from my room was beautiful too. I would recommend this hotel, it was cute.

Hotel is rated at 5star but the amenities are quite average. The standard king size room is smaller than I have experience in some other hotels if that range. You do not find water glasses in the room. Room service is very slow and sometimes your call will just keep transferring between room service and reception if you needed something. If you ordered food in your room, you have to make payment immediately. It does not amount up to check out. There is only one restaurant, one cafe in the hotel. You can walk up to nearest restaurant for your food that is 800m away.Pool is there but you have to carry your own towel. The day we arrived, there was a birthday party around the pool with loud music. We avoided going to pool side. Shoe shiner is in the lobby and if you get your shoes cleaned he needs to be paid as compliment and that complement begins with 100rand minimum. To me it’s an average hotel and ok for a couple of days. It had some conference going on so extra crowd was also in the lobby for the two days we stayed If you are looking for a luxery experience, better choose another hotel. This hotel is ok for not more than two days of stay.

Their flexibility and accommodating nature were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was a sight to behold. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the inviting common areas.
