設施：年久失修維護的不好，
衞生：房間內衞生一般，一次性的洗頭液感覺有人用過，裏面量少的可憐，
服務：非常一般，自助早餐帶孩子一般別的酒店就送了，這裏需要量身高看是小童票還是成人票，早餐種類也是少的可憐。沒有充電樁，總體體驗非常不好。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，地理位置優越，離地坑院特別近，停車很方便不收費，酒店大堂華麗典雅，步入房間温馨、舒適，温泉水洗澡特別舒服，洗完身上滑滑的，服務人員會主動問好，並耐心地介紹周邊旅遊景點，早餐種類多營養豐富，還會再來的！

酒店位於三門峽市陝州區核心地帶，毗鄰陝州地坑院景區，駕車10分鐘即可抵達陝州温泉度假區，周邊交通便利。雖處城區，但酒店周圍綠植環繞，夜晚安靜清幽，避開了鬧市的喧囂。對於自駕遊客非常友好，停車場寬敞且免費；若是乘高鐵抵達三門峽南站，打車約20分鐘即可到達。

步入大堂，立刻被簡約大氣的設計吸引。淺灰色調的石材牆面與暖黃色燈光相映，營造出低調的奢華感。前台背景牆以陝州剪紙藝術為裝飾，巧妙融入本地文化元素。工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住高效流暢，還貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊遊玩攻略。

設施：那麼大的酒店連個洗衣房都沒有，正常一般温泉酒店應該具備的，要不然濕衣服怎麼幹，電視也是壞的一直閃個不停，連個完整的畫面都沒有，還説小孩調皮亂按亂調的，小孩還能把電視調壞嗎？
衞生：衞生更不用説了，我訂的室內温泉房間，池子臟的不敢下腳，很厚的一層污垢，衞生間也臟的要命，各種積塵污垢很噁心，重要的是馬桶還容易堵，重要的是進房間插卡後電視自動開的，都沒有人開電視，
服務：態度也很差，馬桶堵了還説是不是扔紙巾了，我簡直無語，拖鞋也是爛的，兩雙拖鞋3隻都是右腳，
總之很不好的一次體驗，根本不值這個錢！
對了，室外温泉池大部分都是乾的，裏面都是垃圾，根本就沒水。並且唯一的幾個池子水温極低，這個天氣竟然都出不了池子。可想而知有多冷。水温才二十幾度。孩子第2天都感冒了大人也感冒了。玩沒玩好休息也沒休息好。早餐也特別差。説的是9:30結束。9:00去的時候就幾乎沒菜了。衹能吃稀飯饅頭了。

用8個字總結：“空有其表、敗絮其中”。
1⃣️Wi-Fi信號不好、網絡差的可以當酒店沒有Wi-Fi；
2⃣️房間沒有冷水，衹有很燙的水、無法正常洗澡、跑完温泉出了一身的汗、到酒店無法洗澡（前台解釋説是直接來自温泉水、所以很燙，）；
3⃣️室外36度的氣温，房間裏竟然沒有冷氣、熱的人一晚上無法入睡、打電話問前台也毫無作用、開窗户涼快，但是沒有窗紗，會被蚊蟲叮咬👎
總結：入住前看到評論就猶豫了、為什麼這麼高大上的酒店怎麼這麼多差評，親自入住以後就明白了，本來訂了2晚、住了一晚就趕緊退了、熱的人根本無法入睡👎要不是帶着孩子折騰人，當晚就會退房了（就是廉價的快捷酒店也有24小時冷熱水和Wi-Fi呀）。一手好牌打的稀爛👎

五一假期能選到這樣一家酒店，太驚喜了。也可能是因為這次帶着孩子一起的緣故。山莊式的大酒店，房間巨大而不是空曠，也不是大的不自然，就是單純的原生設計的大。酒店巨大，一層盡80個房間。酒店的室內水上樂園更是讓寶寶開心至極，有泳池，有巨蛋大滑梯，還有海浪。關鍵是，五一來這的人少！除了巨蛋大滑梯要排一小會隊。還有附贈的室外温泉。總而言之，選擇了這個地方，性價比拉滿，還躲開了超多人羣！

路過三門峽，去陝州地坑院看看，這家酒店就在陝州區，距離地坑院很近哦，温泉也很好。房間非常大，有浴缸，直接泡澡很方便。就是温泉沒啥味道，泡過身上也不滑，不知道温泉怎樣。早餐一般，五一人太多了，餐飲有點跟不上。

五一出行，酒店應該是滿員，酒店乾淨，
設施：温泉大小湯池不少，適合親子遊玩，房間寬敞。
室外温泉門票:入住贈送了室外温泉門票，有時間還會光顧，最好不要節假日，早餐人很多，品種還算豐富。
