AUZLINE hotel s’anfora & Fleming hotel!!! STAY CLEAR. From start to finish, this hotel was an absolute Disgrace only to finish with one of the scariest experiences of mine and my family’s life’s with VILE behaviour from other people staying in the hotel & the staff. For a start, the rooms are absolutely disgusting (leaks in the roofs & from the toilets). They also charged me 40 euro for a room key THEY had and told me I “lost it”. The hotel is FULL of stags, hens and groups which we totally expected, as we were a group looking to celebrate a big family event and looking for a good atmosphere. They put my mum and dad next door to the most disgusting disrespectful vile animals I have ever come across in my life.. screaming at each other, leaving their music on full blast even when leaving the hotel room for the day after already being asked to turn it off or down. After multiple people complaining about them the reception told the group of girls it was my mum that complained even tho lots of people staying in the hotel also had complained about them, the girls then waited until my mum aged (46) was on her own going back to the hotel as she wasn’t feeling good to kick HER DOOR and shouting (go to reception and complain now) meanwhile on a call to her pregnant daughter back home who is suffering with illness herself she heard the full incident and couldn’t help! My mum then went to the door to go down to reception and let them know what was happening for her to be ATTACKED by a woman younger than her, her friends then also came out their room and kicked my mum to the floor where all she could do was scream for help and curl up in a ball to defend herself. Two boys then pulled the girls off of my mum and helped her to the reception. Where they left her outside the hotel on the steps until the police and family arrived back at the hotel. These group of girls then forced their way into my mums hotel room and DESTROYED the room flinging food and smash bottles all over her room (attached pictures below, the hair is out of my mums head were the girls ripped her extensions out) the hotel were absolutely useless when all her family got back to the hotel the reception staff were smirking and laughing at each other, I then asked if my mum could get a new room as there was no way she could stay in the trashed one NEXT DOOR to these vile humans I was told (she would have to pay for a new room in the morning) after demanding a new room for my mum the next morning came around and my mum got called to reception where she served an “eviction” notice that she HAD to sign, they told her as she was involved in the “fighting” so she would also serve the eviction notice even tho she was assaulted and completely Vulnerable. The hotel didn’t care I asked for our rep where they told me she was coming for 5 hours straight, so we contacted JET2 ourselves to be told they did not know this had happened they then sent someone out within the hour to have a meeting with us at rece
