Apartamentos Jovial

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 4 people for a friends 40th Birthday and it was a nice safe apartment. The front door was locked and you could only get into the building with a key. The staff on reception were really nice and friendly one in particular - Alex was exceptional and deserves absolute praise. I needed to get to the hospital on the first night we were in Ibiza and he went out of his way to try and book a taxi but unfortunately it didn't turn up and needed to get there quick so he gave us directions and we walked. The next day I saw him he asked how I was and I thanked him for all his help. He's a credit to the hotel. Jose was also really nice and always greeted us whenever we saw him at the reception. There was one other guy on reception who was also friendly but I didn't catch his name. The pool was so nice and refreshing and was never busy which was nice as I love swimming - it's my passion, so having a pool on the premises was absolutely ideal. All in the all the apartment was really spacious with a small living area joined with the kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower and a bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay here and would deffo come back again. Thank you Jose and Alex for your wonderful hospitality Muchos Gracias
