Un complexe de 3 hôtels côté à côtés, nous étions au 3*. L hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier commerçant, à quelques mètres de la plage et des bus desservant Palma ce qui est pratique. L équipement des chambres est sommaire et ancien, mais très propre et le personnel sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le balcon. L insonorisation des chambres est faible, nous entendons beaucoup les communications des chambres voisines et les passages dans le couloir à toutes heures. Quelques soirs nous avons pu bénéficier des petits déjeuners et dîners au 4* en face ( certainement dû au taux de remplissage) les buffets sont grands et copieux. Le dernier soir le restaurant du 3* a été ouvert, buffet plus petit et moins de choix. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cette hôtel.

Hotel à quelques mètres de la plage , excellent accueil , personnel très agréable (merci à Chanel et Oliver entre autres pour leurs sourires quotidiens), chambre au 5 ème étage ou on entend tout ce que dit le voisin 😤 (boules quies à prévoir), piscines non chauffées même intérieure , repas tout à fait correct et diversifié. Prpose location de voiture , prêt de serviette de plage .... Bref on a passé un bon séjour !

Bonjour, Nos vacances ont été complètement gâchées car dès le début de notre séjour, nous avons été victime du vol de tout notre argent liquide dans notre chambre d'hôtel (plusieurs centaines d'Euros). Ce vol s'est déroulé pendant notre petit déjeuner du matin entre 9H00 et 9H30 , sans effraction. Lorsque nous sommes sortis de notre chambre, il y avait un personnel de l'hôtel dans le couloir, qui a priori ne faisait rien, c'était la seule personne que nous avons croisée et qui nous a vu sortir de notre chambre... Vous avons informé la Direction de l'Hôtel qui nous a simplement averti que le ménage avait été fait vers midi... Cela restera donc une très mauvaise expérience pour nous...

Nous avons été logés dans cet hôtel pour une nuit par la compagnie Easy jet car notre vol a été annulé. Très déçu salle de restauration hyper bruyante, pas chaleureuse. Chambre petite et communicante donc très bruyante nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur un couple de touriste irrespectueux qui parlait très fort jusqu'à 1h du matin. Literie matelas a ressorts. Un terrain de foot en béton ou les ados se défoulent jusqu'à minuit. Point positif bon accueil et possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner à 4h du matin et propreté des lieux. La proximité de la plage est appréciable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un hôtel très agréable et très bien entretenu le personnel très sympa et à notre écoute la restauration excellente et variée l'hôtel situé très proche de la mer est très agréable, calme et très bien entretenu avec une piscine spacieuse entourée de nombreux transats Merci à tous

Bit of a late review, but was looking at this hotel and dont agree with some of the reviews! Went for 2 years in a row and the first year was in the newer globales pionero which from speaking to people it seems if you havent gone before you get put this in hotel then if its your second time like us, you get put in the older building (Globales santa ponsa). First thing i’ll say is area is PERFECT, especially for families or young couples, near the irish strip but not to close than can hear it, in the day time/late evening it’s perfect for a chill drink, restaurants in area are good the beach is great and many excursions nearby. Also fairly close to the airport, locals are friendly. (If you also have picky eaters, there is a mc donalds round the corner) (Just to add even if you book this hotel you can get put in the newer part as they are joined ) First time around at Pionero, the rooms are clean, new bathrooms are spotless, no noise levels. For the price and star rating (booked through tui) it really is worth it, I think some people forget your not booking a 2k pp 5* hotel but with this hotel you do get more than what you pay in my opinion for the rooms especially in this part of the hotel. Second time at the globales santa ponsa (older building) we was put next to the stairs so the noise levels were bad didnt get the best sleep, but I’m sure if you just wasnt next to the stairs u wouldnt have this issue). The shower kept changing to really hot, but apart from that the room is decent you get what you pay for. but if i went again id definitely prefer to get put in the newer part. Food is average, always simple things to eat but your not at a 5* restaurant so you get what you pay for. Some days are better than others but it’s definitely good enough. They have a snack bar which does burgers hot dogs etc which is good aswell as breakfast so you wont be starved of good things to eat. There is sunlounger wars but you get that no matter where you are now, you will be able to get a sunlounger on the terrace parts which are partly shade partly sun you just wont be on the side of the pool directly. You are also a couple minutes walk from the beach which is nice so you wont have nowhere to go.

the staff were outstanding as usual, but as this was the 7th time we have used this place i am afraid that the hotel itself has rapidly gone downhill, i was hoping that as we had decided to return again that they would have at least given us decent rooms. the rooms that we were allocated did not have any view, also there was multiple problems with the room itself, eg handles falling off doors, doors not locking to the balcony, electrical sockets not working, and the room in general was not up to 4 star standard. Regarding the all inclusive, the food was not of the usual standard we experienced on our other visits, one thing that has improved was the entertainment, much better than having the staff doing stupid things on stage. On the whole we was dissapointed, and one things for certain, we shall not be going back an eight time which is a shame because it was once a lovely hotel with outstanding staff

We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago as a large family group and lived this hotel but sadly it has changed a lot. We where given two rooms at the back of the hotel over looking the delivery area for the hotel so from 6.30am it was so noisy. Not a good room to be in to enjoy the sun as these rooms get no sun at all. Also constant lorries and staff so not a good view. The rooms are adequate but no sofa no kettle etc but a kettle can be hired from reception. The sunbed situation is an absolute joke. We where there for 7 days and only managed to get a sunbed on the 5th day and that was at 16.00 in the afternoon so this for us ruined our holiday. They really need to address the sunbed situation as I dread to think what this will be like in the busier periods eg school holidays. They have made the pool side area bigger from when we last visited but still not enough sunbeds. We witnessed lots of people complaining about this. The food was ok but the temperature of the food needs to be sorted out it is too cold and should not be served like this. Guests where also complaining about this. The plastic cup you are given on arrival for your stay is a bit of a pain carrying it with you the whole holiday but we can understand why they do this. The staff are very helpful and polite and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is brilliant. The toilets in reception in our opinion should be cleaned more often. We didn’t travel with children but felt the children’s entertainment starting at 8.30 for all the young children is just to late and from when we visited 10 years ago the entertainment has gone down hill. The hotel is in a good position close to the beach and shops and is very accessible. We wouldn’t visit this hotel again.

Just back from a week stay in santa ponsa park hotel but for the first time ever I was happy to be comming home .we have been going to this hotel twice a year for the last 4 years but very very disappointed this year. Firstly the food very bad this time very cold and very bland..A lot of new staff everywhere and not very nice or helpful. My self and husband both sick for 3 days and we were not the only two that was sick. The sun loungers are a nightmare you cannot leave your towel on the beds for even a half hour but its taken up .maybe they should get a lot more sun loungers instead of telling people to go across the road to their sister hotel .

Save your money place is horrendous, dated rooms , shower you only fit children in , emailed ahead asking if fridge in room reply was yes hey no fridge . Miss sold by last minute.com . Don’t get me started on the cold food then you have to go over to another hotel for lunch . All inclusive price £1400 for 5 days still here 30/05/25 can’t wait to get out of run down dump.Oh and bathroom door doesn’t even shut rotten room 237

Rooms were fine clean spacious shower and bathroom, plenty of food served all day long. Snack bar was excellent kids loved it. But the food was only warm. Never piping hot like it should be. The dinners were great choice but staff didn't know what they were even serving. My partner did suffer from food poisoning very sick severely projectile vomiting . And on speaking to other guests discovered that there had been a number of casualties. Food should be served piping but it was always Luke warm to cold. There is a microwave I would suggest warming your food to optimum temp. I have worked years in food quality and control, and was completed disgusted that they get away with this. The sunbeds are limited, people disappear for hours . So when I claimed some beds we had another couple calling my daughter ignorant. Must have been the sun bed police🤣

Most of pictures are fake in this content. Are from hotels opposite. Hotel playa is quite ok if you accept the low 3 stars. The positive is the pool 2.1m deep. Is clean but a falling apart shower cubicle and shower attachment, as well as an unscrewed toilet, do not speak well of the conservator. I belive they pay him too much. The biggest problem is the food. If you want all inclusive, skip it.... I sincerely advise you not to get. Unless you go in early May and catch the moment when the Playa is not fully operational, like I did. Then you will have mills in oposite hotel. If playa is fuli operating, the staff canteen at work is better than what they offer.....

I am here now thankfully I have just one more night to go, we came as a family last year it was brilliant, great atmosphere, clean, friendly ect all the great things so we have came again this year to see how really down hill the hotel has gone. Firstly the food is such a poor quality and was mostly the same stuff every day, we have all suffered with severe vomiting and dirarea so we have now opted to eat out. staff this year I have found rude and arrogant. And I think I have drawn a line now, I understand it’s a hot country you get cockroaches where every you go , last year we saw 0 across the whole complex, this year to date we have saw about 25 and this is just in the hotel reception, but where I say I draw a line is I mean we have saw them in the restraunt area. We won’t return to this hotel again however will return to Santa ponsa as normal because it’s beautiful. The room big spacious clean and cleaned daily too, however our review was another hotels pool which was nice to see however the noise coming from this side of the hotel from bottoms being broken to bins being collected to refurbishments it’s just all way to noisey

Having just returned from the Globales Playa Santa Ponsa, I thought I'd best write something whilst it's still fresh. We stayed in room 322 for four nights. We had views across to the pools of the Santa Ponsa Park and Pienero, also a small sea view towards the beach which is literally a 5 minute walk away. Although small, the room was adequate for our needs, remember, it's just somewhere to sleep and not live in. It was cleaned daily and the beds were made. The shower was small with a curtain which gave some amusement and unfortunately there are no English TV channels available. Being issued a plastic cup for drinks was a bit random, but it works perfectly well and must be a good send for the staff. We always managed to find something to eat and although plentiful, the food is not piping hot. The pool areas are clean and well maintained, don't moan about the water being cold because it always will be, no matter what time of year you visit. Staff are polite and friendly. The snack bar gets busy during the day and has a good selection of food, again, not piping hot. Would I return again, yes I would.

Nice hotel. The decor is very tired but kept very clean! All inclusive good, good selection on buffet. Not many cocktails but always something to drink. If you like a view, request to stay on 2nd floor or above, pool side as floor 1 overlooks a roof 😟. All staff friendly, accommodating and work really hard. Excellent location and Santa Ponca a good Spanish resort. Would be happy to return.
