Pour qui vous allez voyager par la ville (métro) ou en dehors (autobus ou aéroport) ce Ibis est très utile. La région est un peu déplacé et vous devez être prudent - rien qu'un Brésil ne tire pas de la lettre. L'hôtel est bien détoné par rapport à l'autre hébergement de notre ( 2012). Le service est mauvais, principalement dans le bar/restaurant. Ne attendez pas le modèle Ibis ici, il est peu en bas. Mais pourtant, il peut être une bonne option si votre séjour est court.

4,5/5,00 Le Best Western Station Central est un excellent hôtel. Il dispose de chambres larges et est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10 heures et est bien fatigué, avec des variétés de fruits, céréales, pains, froids, œufs et la langue. Les employés sont bien réceptifs et attentifs. Ils offrent un petit-déjeuner (sache de café, thé, fruits, sandwich, yogurt) pour vous permettre de prendre le jour des excursions, demandez jusqu'à 21h à la réception. La région n'est pas vraiment bonne, mais l'hôtel dispose de sécurités de disposition si vous devez attendre un uber ou un taxi de la face extérieure. Il était très calme de demander des voitures d'application pendant la journée et pendant la nuit. Près de l'hôtel il ya une station de Turbus (station Alameda) et il a un métro de l'autre côté de la rue

A l'extérieur de la ville, vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel. J'avais une chambre au 14ème étage qui semblait avoir besoin d'une propre profondeur. Les fenêtres étaient frappées par des empreintes de mains, la salle de bain avait des boutons dentaires hors des murs et l'un des planches de sol manquait une partie d'un panneau - il s'en déplaçait en fait vers l'arrière et vers l'avant quand vous y allais. Pas sûr quand la dernière fois quelqu'un d'Accor Hotels a inspecté la propriété. Piscine n'est pas ouverte à cette époque de l'année. Pas de spa. Petit-déjeuner buffet était la même chose chaque jour et les seules options chaudes étaient des œufs cramés ou des sauces cuites coupées. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a conseillé de ne pas marcher seul et de porter mon sac à travers mon front.

The hotel is clean and located in the heart of Santiago. The staff are amazing. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. There are bus and train stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Water, beer, wine and snacks are conveniently available for purchase in the lobby any time of the day or night. The hotel is still ramping up its operations to become more “full service” so some services, such as an in-house laundry service, are not yet available. The pool/bar area is beautiful and makes for a great place to hang out. Compared to a four star hotel in Chicago, some may find the interior a bit lacking, but my family and I really liked it.

Nous avons séjourné 4 fois dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien placé dans le quartier bien agréable de Providencia (aéré, arboré et avec de nombreux restaurants proches). Moderne et confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner standard très correct. Le hall d'accueil est agréable. Attention pour les visiteurs étrangers, bien préciser au moment du paiement que vous avez une carte ”débito”.

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.

Je veux commencer par dire que cet hôtel est beau et mérite une visite pour le bar de toit et le style chic. J'ai été en quarantaine ici pendant 5 jours en avril. Les chambres étaient propres et la nourriture était essentiellement bonne. Le personnel n'était pas très bienvenu à l'origine. Il aurait dû nous vérifier et nous en prendre soin, alors tout le monde aurait été heureux. À la vérification, j'ai donné mes détails cc une fois de plus et ils m'ont remis mon dépôt. Après cette semaine, chaque jour, j'ai reçu des emails du même membre du personnel qui prétendaient que ce n'était pas payé. Je n'avais aucune idée de ce qui se passait. Je leur ai également envoyé un transfert bancaire après le fait que cc machine n'avait pas pris nos cartes de crédit. Ce n'était pas notre faute! Ils doivent mieux communiquer et mieux héberger les clients.

IInvitéI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Il y a quelques écoles et écoles privées, la Main Street est coulée et en ligne avec des arbres Plane, il a une atmosphère plutôt comme Paris! L'hôtel est une nouvelle et parfaite pour les affaires avec de grandes chambres. Le bar de café est très bon pour le travail et la réunion.

IInvitéWe flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

IInvitéI had no high expectations of this place, but it turned out to be the perfect place to recover from a long haul flight. Large, bright, modern room; the wifi was reliable, bed comfy, shower tremendous, and having a kitchen area was useful. The breakfast was fine - not massive, but civilised, with ad lib caffeine, and it went on till late. Location was ok, but not great - five minutes walk from Los Leones metro, and there seemed to be some kind of mall with shops and cafes close. A few things stopped me giving a 5. One was no tea, coffee.. have a kettle when there's nothing to make with it? A few free sachets of coffee/teabags and milk wouldn't break the bank. Also, checking in took about half an hour because the desk clerk was so chatty, which was not what l needed after an international flight - plus they told me some stuff about claiming tax back at the airport that turned out to be false. But negatives aside, l’d stay again. A good place to recover from an international flight.

Les installations sont de qualité, la piscine au niveau du roof top aurait tout de même besoin d'un lifting et surtout d'être à une température inférieure à 35 degrés. IInvitéFirst vegan review. My wife and I are vegan and we were not expecting much. First day they had little cartons of almond milk but after that day they did not have any anymore. They have different fruits, strawberry, cantaloupe, no bananas, that's odd. and some not fresh fruit like pineapple in syrup. They also have coffee and tea. Oats that you can make with hot water from the nestle coffee maker hot water. Cereal like corn flakes and dry bread. Pool closed ”under maintenance” Bad things: Room key kept failing. Had to get it reprogrammed multiple times. Toilet does not flush well, had to do it multiple times. Soap bars are tiny and not very soapy. Might be the water but not sure. No free coffee in the room, just a hot water electric kettle Pros: Clean room. Good service. Across the street from a Starbucks, grocery store. Walking distance from bars/restaurants. Overall, a good option for a budget hotel.

CCUILIDans la communauté haut de gamme, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants autour, et il y a un restaurant chinois avec des plats de rue de l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Il y a six plats recommandés, dont chacun est très bon. Commandez une bouteille de dix-huit arhats chiliens, le prix est similaire au supermarché. Le design et la décoration de l'hôtel sont très artistiques et le premier étage propose des sculptures et des peintures. Le service est très bon, la salle est spacieuse, le choix du petit déjeuner est plus, le verre de bienvenue est disponible, et vous pouvez aller au restaurant en terrasse au 9ème étage. Le compagnon a dit que le service est bien meilleur que le service Ritz Carlton à proximité. J'ai aussi emprunté une bouilloire à la réception pour faire bouillir de l'eau chaude. Le restaurant au premier étage est également très bon et le prix est raisonnable. Il y a aussi un restaurant japonais dans l'hôtel. Il y a un centre commercial à trois ou quatre intersections.

JJairoKatherine was so nice and accommodating as I arrived late at night but she met me no issues. Full time front desk and pool was nice. Please remember these are apartments so no shampoo, bodywash or toothbrush etc. towels were left on bed and the bed was super soft and amazing! Very quiet and located block or so from palace in case you wanted to see the changing of the guard.
