Pour qui vous allez voyager par la ville (métro) ou en dehors (autobus ou aéroport) ce Ibis est très utile. La région est un peu déplacé et vous devez être prudent - rien qu'un Brésil ne tire pas de la lettre. L'hôtel est bien détoné par rapport à l'autre hébergement de notre ( 2012). Le service est mauvais, principalement dans le bar/restaurant. Ne attendez pas le modèle Ibis ici, il est peu en bas. Mais pourtant, il peut être une bonne option si votre séjour est court.

Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10 heures et est bien fatigué, avec des variétés de fruits, céréales, pains, froids, œufs et la langue. Les employés sont bien réceptifs et attentifs. Ils offrent un petit-déjeuner (sache de café, thé, fruits, sandwich, yogurt) pour vous permettre de prendre le jour des excursions, demandez jusqu'à 21h à la réception. La région n'est pas vraiment bonne, mais l'hôtel dispose de sécurités de disposition si vous devez attendre un uber ou un taxi de la face extérieure. Il était très calme de demander des voitures d'application pendant la journée et pendant la nuit. Près de l'hôtel il ya une station de Turbus (station Alameda) et il a un métro de l'autre côté de la rue

A l'extérieur de la ville, vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel. J'avais une chambre au 14ème étage qui semblait avoir besoin d'une propre profondeur. Les fenêtres étaient frappées par des empreintes de mains, la salle de bain avait des boutons dentaires hors des murs et l'un des planches de sol manquait une partie d'un panneau - il s'en déplaçait en fait vers l'arrière et vers l'avant quand vous y allais. Pas sûr quand la dernière fois quelqu'un d'Accor Hotels a inspecté la propriété. Piscine n'est pas ouverte à cette époque de l'année. Pas de spa. Petit-déjeuner buffet était la même chose chaque jour et les seules options chaudes étaient des œufs cramés ou des sauces cuites coupées. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a conseillé de ne pas marcher seul et de porter mon sac à travers mon front.

What a great place! I would definitely stay here again. The hostal is centrally located, five minutes away from the subway and within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transit is easy and inexpensive, so consider it as an option when visiting Santiago in addition to Uber. I had a sizeable private room with a comfortable bed and a washroom. The service was friendly and I had no problem leaving my luggage before check-in and after check-out. A modest breakfast was provided, though I only took advantage of the coffee and juice. On my first night I was invited to add my name to a sign-up sheet for tasting terremotos, the national drink of Chile. What a fun time! I enjoyed meeting other guests, who were visiting from around the country and across the world. If you happen to be staying on a Sunday, try checking out the changing of the guard in the morning at the Plaza de la Constitución (in front of the presidential palace, La Moneda); on your way back to the hotel, walk through the Lastarria neighbourhood and catch the open-air arts market.

Perfect location and walkable to many restaurants, parks, Costanera Tower, etc. Service was great. Very clean and comfy! We loved it! The staff were very helpful. Shower available in fitness center for early arrivers. The rooftop view was amazing for breakfast, bar, etc.

IInvitéI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

IInvitéWe flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

Les installations sont de qualité, la piscine au niveau du roof top aurait tout de même besoin d'un lifting et surtout d'être à une température inférieure à 35 degrés. IInvitéNous avons séjourné deux fois à l'hôtel pendant notre visite au Chili. Les chambres sont adéquates et comme prévu. Les gens sont les meilleurs et si utiles juste grand. Même si votre espagnol vous souhaite être bien servi; et si une malentendu se produit, nous la corrigerons. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier intéressant et près de la métro. Soyez assuré que l'adresse est correcte, vous devez simplement franchir ce qui ressemble à un parking de vélo pour les ubereats ou les grubbhubs...Une alternative est Romero 2828 pendant la lumière du jour.

IInvitéFirst vegan review. My wife and I are vegan and we were not expecting much. First day they had little cartons of almond milk but after that day they did not have any anymore. They have different fruits, strawberry, cantaloupe, no bananas, that's odd. and some not fresh fruit like pineapple in syrup. They also have coffee and tea. Oats that you can make with hot water from the nestle coffee maker hot water. Cereal like corn flakes and dry bread. Pool closed ”under maintenance” Bad things: Room key kept failing. Had to get it reprogrammed multiple times. Toilet does not flush well, had to do it multiple times. Soap bars are tiny and not very soapy. Might be the water but not sure. No free coffee in the room, just a hot water electric kettle Pros: Clean room. Good service. Across the street from a Starbucks, grocery store. Walking distance from bars/restaurants. Overall, a good option for a budget hotel.

CCUILIDans la communauté haut de gamme, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants autour, et il y a un restaurant chinois avec des plats de rue de l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Il y a six plats recommandés, dont chacun est très bon. Commandez une bouteille de dix-huit arhats chiliens, le prix est similaire au supermarché. Le design et la décoration de l'hôtel sont très artistiques et le premier étage propose des sculptures et des peintures. Le service est très bon, la salle est spacieuse, le choix du petit déjeuner est plus, le verre de bienvenue est disponible, et vous pouvez aller au restaurant en terrasse au 9ème étage. Le compagnon a dit que le service est bien meilleur que le service Ritz Carlton à proximité. J'ai aussi emprunté une bouilloire à la réception pour faire bouillir de l'eau chaude. Le restaurant au premier étage est également très bon et le prix est raisonnable. Il y a aussi un restaurant japonais dans l'hôtel. Il y a un centre commercial à trois ou quatre intersections.
