We book for an overnight with family.There was 1 room left they is good for 2 pax ,surprisingly the room was so spacious.We were greeted by the friendly staff and assist us.They do not charge additional even we have 3 children with us.The place was good and lots of hotspring pool.They also have cold one.

Trace Suites Family Room 303 was clean, sanitized, basic things that needed attention. Overall Physical condition is well maintained. Cozy at the Lobby. Enjoyed Filipino breakfast for two mornings - Daing na Bangus a favorite. Most importantly, the staff are friendly, kind, respectful. Ready to serve. They are Annaliza, Mildred, DJ, Michelle, Richel, Cleah, Felipe. On next trip we will stay at Trace Suites again. Jay

Il n'y a pas de séjour à l'hôtel que nous attendions et pour moi, il a été une terrible expérience de réserver ma famille dans cet hébergement et d'avoir un événement sur place. Nous avons déjà été à d'autres hôtels / logements à budget, mais nous avons été tout à fait organisés et propres, et malheureusement cet hôtel dit autrement. Leur hall fonctionnel peut accueillir environ 50 à 70 invités confortablement et peut-être plus que ce nombre sera trop contraignant, étant donné que vous avez la scène, les compteurs de nourriture, les sons et les lumières, etc à considérer aussi. Lorsque nous avons visité la salle, elle a un odeur distinctif sur lequel nous ne pouvions pas identifier, mais il était certainement incomparable et leurs tapis étaient immensement sales. Le lobby était casuel, mais je dirais qu'il est confortable, mais une chose qui m'a étonnée était qu'ils n'ouvrent l'aircondition que lorsque nous arrivions et qu'ils doivent demander (pas sûr si c'est la même pratique pour d'autres hôtels), La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a des sacs de shampooing vides sur lesquels la toilette n'était pas propre. Les tubes de bain étaient aussi inhygiéniques et le baignoire a été malheureusement clos. Ma mère était très particulière à la propreté du lieu, puisqu'elle a travaillé au département de la maison, elle l'a déçue quand elle a vu que les chambres et les toilettes n'étaient pas bien sanitaires. Il n'était pas trop fusileux ou inconsidéré, mais nous avions deux enfants (1 est un bébé) et les citoyens âgés avec nous, une bonne sanitaire du lieu était vraiment vitale pour nous. Le personnel n'était pas uniforme, il ne peut donc pas être distingué des autres clients, à moins qu'ils ne soient dans la zone de la table frontale. Néanmoins, je dois féliciter le personnel, car ils étaient gentils et utiles, en particulier le gentleman qui m'a aidé à imprimer mes documents nécessaires à l'événement. Cette évaluation ne vise pas à donner le nom de l'hôtel, mais à améliorer les services et les hébergements (équipements et installations) et à avertir la direction de faire davantage d'efforts pour établir certaines normes dans l'hôtel afin d'attirer les clients potentiels et Ils ne doivent pas être satisfaits pour qu'ils puissent donner la meilleure hospitalité qu'ils puissent. J'espère vraiment qu'ils pourront travailler et faire plus pour obtenir des résultats excellents et des bonnes évaluations.

The whole room is clean. Staff are all well -accomodating. No id policy is good to avoid unwanted guests. Location is great. To step up more ;change old slippers to new ones. use toothpaste in sachet... mini tube toothpaste is too little... use some fragrant air freshners in the room.. change the shower.. it sprinkled too little water which makes bath uncomfortable. Above all, This hotel deserve my 3 .5 stars out of 5.

The room was good, staff was helpful. There's a nice hotel nearby where you can have breakfast with a nice view. Unfortunately you can't climb the volcano currently, this was very disappointing. I'd stay there again when climbing is allowed

The room was clean and tidy, and despite it being a last-minute booking, they accommodated us right away. The staff was pleasant, and the location is conveniently near the mall. The buffet breakfast was superb! We will definitely be coming back! P.S. picture was taken before checking out ☺️

L'expérience a été excellente. Je suis très reconnaissante aux personnels, en particulier à la réception ou au lobby. Ils sont très confortables, vivants et gentils. Le petit déjeuner de Baker J était délicieux, mais le jus et le café n'ont rien de spécial. Je pense que la seule chose que je n'aime pas est la localisation, parce qu'il n'y a pas de belle vue près de l'hôtel et même les points touristiques sont trop loin mais encore le lieu était bon. Merci!

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
